Our newly built 2 story 3BR/2.5BTH cottage style home is perfectly located for families or small groups that want to be close to what all Tallahassee has to offer, while also having a comfortable place to relax in.
The home is in a newly built development and is conveniently located:
1 mile to Publix
4 miles to TMH
5 miles to Midtown
6 miles to the State Capitol
6.5 miles to FSU campus

Parking is available for up to 2 cars in the driveway, with additional spaces on the street. The house is 1280 sq ft and comfortably sleeps 6.

There is one security camera facing the driveway and one video doorbell. It is prohibited to cover or block them.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very spacious and we had a family member in a wheelchair so this was great! Would stay here again and the home was very clean and in a very nice location too. Great neighborhood to walk around and was the neighborhood was very quiet.

Perfect Place for a Quiet Stay

This was my second stay at this property, and once again, it was a fantastic experience. The host is incredibly friendly and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The location is ideal, nestled in a quiet neighborhood yet conveniently close to area stores and restaurants. It was the perfect base for our trip to visit family. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay in NE Tally

This home was very clean and ready to go. Beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. The only negative was it could use a set of pots and pans. Host was very accommodating and communicated well.
