Clean and Comfy

We stayed in this lovely home for FSU graduation weekend and it wqa exactly whay we needed. Plenty of space to stretch out and everything we needed along with great communication from the host.

Nice size, very clean

We chose this for an FSU football weekend. The house had plenty of room for our group of 7, was very clean, and had a great outdoor area with a firepit. The host was quick to respond to any questions and easy to work with. The house next door could use some work, but the neighbor was very friendly. We missed having a dishwasher, but would stay here again.

Close to FAMU

I had no problem finding the place but the picture on the site was not of the actual house. Bedrooms were very nice although the 4th was really just a sitting room by the fireplace. The neighborhood is run down with the house next door being in bad need of repairs and I was approached several times by shady characters panhandling right in the driveway. You know I am not here to trash this property because the owner has spent time and money doing many upgrades but in the end location location location.

Special events or large group stay - Approved!

This house was great! The house decor is exactly has pictured - 2 huge sized rooms with double queen-sized beds and 1 room with 1 queen sized bed, bathrooms, large family spaces, sitting area, great amenities (laundry room, stocked kitchen, smart tv's, sufficient parking, quiet neighborhood and not too far at all from the city. The backyard spacing was huge! We went for a graduation and the house was perfect! Ended up having to cut my reservation short by a day but the time that we spent there and will accommodate. Good communication with the owner as well. The time we spent there was well worth it and I HIGHLY recommend. If we have a need for this large space again, we would definitely seek to reserve this space again.

Tallahassee visit

The property was spacious enough. However, that hot water for the showers was lukewarm at best. The property could sleep 10 people but there were not enough utensils to accommodate 10 individuals. Also when we checked into the property, a couple of the appliances were not clean

Lots of Room

Great stay for us. Convenient to most anywhere in Tally. Plenty of parking and bedrooms were large and accommodating. Would book again. We didn't have any issues during the stay but Sam was great to communicate with through the entire process.

Big House, Missed Potential

The inside space was good for our big family however, the yard/patio area was not usable due to high grass and unmaintained patio furniture. Our kids did plan on playing in the yard so that was a little disappointing. The AC/thermostat was also an issue as it had presets that would raise the temperature high during the day. This caused us to come back to a hot house. The bathroom with the walk in shower was a little bit of a hazard as well. When walking into the bathroom, the flooring in the doorway had a lip and many of us stubbed our toes.

Big rooms & nice house

The photos are accurate descriptions of the house. The area was not absolutely amazing. Neighbors argued loudly in the yard Saturday night and Sunday morning. The house was a perfect size for our family of 7. The floors could use a decent mopping but other than that, it was a nice place.

FSU trip

This property is just as advertised online. When the neighborhood had a power issue (not house specific) the manager contacted me before I had reached out to him… very responsive.

Clean & plenty of room

We had a few families staying in this house for the FSU game & it accommodated us perfectly! The rooms were super spacious with plenty of beds! There were even 2 couches/futons that folded out perfect for the teenagers. The house was located on a quiet street next to a bike path, had ample parking, a large kitchen, and a fenced in backyard for little kids to run around. There were plenty of towels, bedding was cozy, and the house was clean. Only negative: kitchen could have a few more items for cooking/baking but we made do with the brand new grills!

I had a crew of six men for a project we were working on while staying in this rental. There was plenty of room for everyone and it was clean. I would highly recommend this house.
