It sleeps 8 comfortably, spreads across multiple living areas, and comes stocked with everything you need from the moment you walk in.

This home has been in our family for three generations. My grandparents built it. We host it the way we would want to be hosted: stocked, clean, personal, and ready.

THE SPACE

Living Room- A spacious main living area welcomes you with natural light streaming through large bay windows. Comfortable seating, warm decor, and an open flow into the dining area make this the natural gathering place for your group.

Dining Area- Seats six comfortably, with French doors opening directly to the screened porch and backyard. Perfect for a family dinner after a long day of moving in, celebrating a graduation, or simply enjoying a Florida evening outside.

Kitchen- The heart of the home. Fully stocked with modern appliances, ample counter space, a curated spice collection, and our signature coffee and tea bar. Whether you are cooking a full meal for eight or grabbing a quick breakfast before heading to campus, this kitchen is ready for you. Guests consistently call it one of their favorite parts of the stay.

Family Room- A second sitting area just off the kitchen, perfect for movie nights, game days, or quiet evenings in when the living room is busy with the rest of your group.

Screened Porch- One of the most-loved features of the home. A fully screened outdoor porch with seating overlooks the expansive backyard. Guests use it for morning coffee, evening wind-down, and everything in between. It is the kind of space that makes you want to stay one more night.

Primary Suite- A spacious primary bedroom with a large walk-in closet and a private en-suite bathroom featuring a soaking tub. Quiet, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed.

Bedrooms 2 and 3- Two generously sized guest bedrooms, each well-appointed with quality bedding and comfortable beds. They share a full bathroom that is conveniently located between them.

Half Bath- A guest half bath in the common area means no waiting and no crowding during busy mornings.

Game Room- The garage has been converted into a pedestrian-access game room featuring arcade basketball (pop-a-shot) and a foosball table. Kids and adults alike end up here. It has been mentioned in more guest reviews than almost any other feature of the home.

Parking- The driveway accommodates up to 6 vehicles comfortably, including work trucks and large pickups. Street parking is also available. You will not be scrambling for a spot on game day.

This is an allergy-sensitive, smoke-free, vaping-free, and pet-free home, kept that way intentionally for the comfort of all guests. Our family has severe allergies and this policy is non-negotiable. If you or anyone in your group has sensitivities, you will be in good hands here.

Our base rate covers up to 4 guests. Additional guests are $25 per person, per night. Maximum of 8 registered overnight guests. Please ensure your guest count is accurate at booking.

The booking guest must be present for the entirety of the stay. Exception for verified corporate or contractor bookings where a company representative makes the reservation on behalf of an assigned team, with a named on-site contact provided before check-in.

Two locked closets in the hallway leading to the garage are reserved for household storage and are not accessible to guests.

Check-in is at 1pm. Checkout is at 1pm. Our flexible timing gives you a little extra breathing room on both ends of your stay.
