Everything in the listing on the VRBO website/listing was accurate during my 3 week stay. The home was clean, welcoming and appropriately supplied with everything I would need for a 3 week stay in August. The kitchen appliances were new and worked very well. The central A/C kept me cool and I could adjust the thermostat as I wanted (unlike another VRBO I stayed at in Tallahassee which was remotely controlled by the owner from afar). The owner here (Aniket) was great to deal with and very, very reasonable and accommodating on every matter. I stayed at another VRBO in Tallahassee this summer and it marketed/advertised its great location and proximity within Tallahassee. It was horribly disappointing despite its central location. This VRBO, however, is accurately advertised and marketed. No doubt about it, I would return here to stay in a heartbeat next time I am in Tallahassee for work or recreation. I was very pleased with my stay here. I definitely recommend it 100%.

This is was a magnificent find! The host was accommodating and easy to work with. The location is perfect for any event in the Tallahassee area, being within 10 mins from everything. My daughter and i came for a fsu game and felt safe on the property and loved the backyard. We will definitely be using this property for every game we come to!
