Find yourself just a short drive from restaurants, convenience stores, supermarkets, and must-visit attractions, including Potter Park, Siesta Key Watersports, Red Bug Slough Preserve, Siesta Key Aqua Adventures, Marie Selby Botanical Gardens Historic Spanish Point Campus, Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall, and Pelican Pointe Golf And Country Club.

Upon entering this air-conditioned retreat, you will encounter a split floor plan with separate entertainment areas for both sides of the house - both living areas feature smart TVs to keep you all entertained no matter what. This makes watching TV easier; each group can stream whatever show or movie they want at the same time! Show off your culinary skills in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances and every utensil needed to prepare delicious homemade treats. The dining area is ideal for formal meals or board game nights.

The home's main attraction is definitely its outdoor pool. The screened lanai boasts a sparkling pool where you can cool down and enjoy the Florida sunshine on the poolside loungers. The covered patio boasts a fire table and plenty of seats so you can lounge poolside while the group enjoys the refreshing waters. Host summertime cookouts thanks to the gas grill. This colorful abode also provides you with five beach chairs, one beach umbrella, and a washer/dryer.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

*Front of house facing driveway and walk-way up to the front door.
*Pool screen door only to verify service visits from Pool Company.

*There are NO Camera's inside nor in any areas which would constitute as private such as outdoor shower or sauna.

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
