A home away from home in the Foothills of the Sierra Nevada. This two-bedroom guesthouse in the heart of California’s Gold Country is the perfect spot for your family vacation or weekend getaway with friends. 5 minutes to beautiful Sonora. 5 minutes to historic Jamestown. 15 minutes to historic Columbia. 20 minutes to Lake Tulloch and to Lake New Melones. 45 minutes to Lake Don Pedro, to Wine Tasting in Murphys, to Pinecrest Lake and skiing at Dodge Ridge. Just an hour to the gates of Yosemite.
The space
You’ll be staying in an 800 square foot guesthouse on our peaceful one-acre property. The home features an open concept living/dining/kitchen area, two bedrooms with ample closet space, with patios on the front and back sides.
Guest access
You’ll have full access to the guesthouse, its 2-3 parking spaces, and it’s front and back patios. We live in the main house, which is on the other side of our private drive. You are welcome to make use of the unfenced backyard as long as children are supervised and you understand that these areas are shared with our family.
