Welcome to an open-concept farmhouse-style home with quartz countertops, gorgeous wood finishes, a gas range/stove, and vinyl flooring throughout the house. There are two bedrooms with queen beds and a sunken den with super comfortable reclining chairs. The master bedroom also has blackout curtains for those who like to take naps during the day. The kitchen has a ton of bar space, a walk-in pantry, and a built-in study desk/office space. The master bathroom has a large walk-in closet and a gorgeous black slate tiled shower. The guest bath is a tub shower combo if you want to sit and soak. The massive backyard includes a table with chairs and a grill for those who love to cook out. This home is just down the street from LCU and close to the West Loop and Marsha Sharp Freeway, allowing quick travel anywhere in the city.

Your host

We are Ben and Macy Smith. Ben was born and raised in Lubbock, and Macy grew up in the Metroplex area. Ben is a firefighter in Lubbock, and Macy works at UMC as a nurse. We love to travel and wanted to facilitate those coming to our city with a safe and fun place to stay.

Why they chose this property

This was Ben's first home that he completely remodeled himself. He grew up around this neighborhood and knew it was a safe place to host guests. Plus, it is close to LCU and Texas Tech campuses.

What makes this property unique

This home has beautiful finishes, from the quartz countertops to the rustic cedar beam in the living room. It has a lot of charm, and much love has been given to the details of this home.
