Bolivar Bunk House, located in Singing Sands, is the perfect place for your beach vacation! This three bedroom, two bathroom home sleeps 12 comfortably. The beach is just a quick walk, with golf cart access to the beach. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possible need for your stay. A starter supply of paper goods is provided, along with linens and towels and beds are made.
The ground level features a sand shower and picnic table. The large deck is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee with a view!
Bed Setup: Master suite - queen
guest room - twin and twin over full bunk
bunkroom - 2 twin over full bunks
Minimum age to book is 25 yrs.
Guests DO NOT have access to community pool.
Pets are allowed, max 2 dogs, there is an additional pet fee of $75, may need to be added after booking.
There is a charcoal grill available.
No events allowed, including prom groups.
Smoking is only allowed outside.
Property is located across the ferry from Galveston, Tx.
Sand Dollar Beach Vacations will never send you a TEXT with a link, requesting payment.
As per our rental agreement, any amenity that may become unavailable during your stay will not warrant any type of refund.
Note, property is not child proof.
