Princesa C-104 Barefoot Bumblebee Newly Renovated Ocean View Condo

Princesa de Peñasco brings you the amenities that will make your stay, a perfect stay full of comfortability and fun. We have Collin's restaurant with delicious food, happy hour, musical activities and specials during the week. We have a convenience store, volley ball court, 3 swimming pools, a Jacuzzi, club house with fitness area and charcoal BBQ Grills.

This one bedroom condominium is a very cozy unit. It is perfect for a small family or a couple. It has been recently renovated and refurnished. You will have a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely dining set for 4 people, and the living room has a sofa set from which one turns into a bed. The bedroom has a queen size bed. The unit has a bathroom with bathtub to relax after a long day at the beach. Also, there is a laundry room with washer and dryer. To go to the patio, you will just have to slide the door open, and you are there, in the beautiful green gardens of Princesa. You will also have wireless internet and there are two TV+DVD to enjoy a show or movie.

Your unit is in the central building of the resort which means you will have an amazing view of the resort and then the ocean. Enjoy your vacations here, you will be witness to the most fantastic colors of the sunset that only our Sea of Cortez can offer.

Sooooooooooooo much fun had a blast place was clean and everyone at this resort were very friendly pools were cold wish they were heated was there before spring breakers and last day is when they started showing up perfect timing but all in all awesome Looking forward for our next visit !!!

You get what you pay for

This was the cheapest rental at the resort. Definitely was not the best. Again. You get what you pay for.

Mosquitos Everywhere

My husband and I stayed here for a couple of days. There was a cloud of mosquitoes when we walked in - we were eaten alive throughout the entire trip because of how many there were (30+). The shower squeaks when you turn the water on and the furniture is weathered and musty. The water tank was yellow. If you are in need of just a place to sleep, it supplies everything you need. However, if you are looking for a nice beach getaway, this condo does not support that experience.

Love the Princesa Resort

Upon arrival no hangers:(. Large TV in living room did not work. Staff came in and could not get it to work needs to be replaced so they took the TV from the bedroom and put it in the living room No pot holders or kitchen towels to dry pots Would be nice to add a toaster oven for reheating food:).

BEWARE: MOSQUITOS

This unit was absolutely filled with mosquitos. Stayed 3 nights and each morning I would wake up with more and more bites. (Ended up with over 50 welts) Casago and Princesa were both very dismissive about the issue. They offered raid and told me to try to drink mineral water to help keep them away?? Room was “professionally fumigated”(somehow we were able to go in the room 2 hours later?) while we were there and raided by us and it did nothing. Had to leave sliding door unlocked any time we left because we couldn’t use the front door because they were so bad at the entrance. Was told this was and “all of Rocky point problem right now” but I didn’t see anyone else with bites like me at the pool or beach my entire stay.

Just okay

Mostly disappointed with the staff. Arrived early and wasn't allowed entry into the room. We were told that they would have to call the supervisor to see if was allowed to let us in and then they would call us when we would be allowed in. Never received a call. Then I had booked an in-room massage called to notify front desk for the next morning so they would be allowed on to property was told they would be added to the security list next morning when they arrived they were not allowed on and then I was told I booked it too early and they wouldn't be allowed on. Was never told this when I notified the front desk the day prior. Staff at the cantina was rude and did not acknowledge while we were waiting to order.

During our 4 day stay I complained about the garbage outside of our room. No one ever removed it. It was still there when we left
