Please No Groups. This beautiful 2 story contemporary home has high ceilings and an open floor plan. There is a large kitchen, dining area, screened sun room and 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Entertain or relax on the large deck with heated pool, a fantastic hot tub and outdoor shower. The grounds are lushly landscaped for privacy. The finished basement is great for family fun with a pool table, foosball and a den with a large screen TV. There is also a laundry room in the basement as well. The house is located less than 2 hours from Manhattan and just 5 miles to the Ocean and only a few blocks to the bay. A child guard safety fence will be provided for the pool and hot tub upon request. Central air conditioning. Please no smoking.

Comfortable home in Hampton Bays

We had a great time staying at this property in Hampton Bays. The central location is good for exploring the Hamptons and the north fork. The home has a spacious and comfortable layout-perfect for a family. We were able to relax and enjoy meals on the deck and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Owners were very responsive as well and were available to answer questions.

Hampton Bays - Great location

The house is in an excellent location, 5 minutes from shops, supermarkets etc. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and decking area and took full advantage of the state of the art BBQ. We loved the quiet Bay beach which was a 5 minute walk from the house and ideal for very young children. The house is spacious, comfortable and light filled. The converted basement had great facilities for older children and teenagers although they found it quite chilly at times. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and found the owners very responsive the few times we needed to speak to them. We would definietley recommend it to friends and relatives.

Great summer getaway

Our family stayed in this house for the month of August and had a wonderful time. The house is in a great location, in between the towns of East Quogue and Hampton Bays, and a short drive to the beach. The house is very comfortable, with great amenities. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and the hot tub, and the kids loved the game room downstairs with the pool table, ping pong, and foosball. It is a great house for families and for entertaining, with an open floor plan downstairs and a nice large deck. In addition, the owner was very attentive and responsive, and was interested in making our stay as comfortable as possible. Overall, I would recommend this property.
