About this property

Summary:
Welcome to this beautiful 3 bedroom home in North Vancouver.
We are conviniently located a short walk to Park Royal, Ambleside and the beautiful Capilano River.
Less than a few minutes from the Lions Gate bridge which means that commutes to downtown Vancouver will be quick.

The Space:
This is a single level home that comes with 3 bedrooms, a large dining area, nice living room, followed by a kitchen that looks over the backyard.
All three bedrooms have queen sized bed.
Our house is stocked with towels, shampoo, soap, kitchenware, ironing board, hairdryer, and everything that you might find in a Hotel!
We have 3 portable AC units. We have 1 in the living room and we have 1 in two of the bedrooms.

Other Things to Note:
NOTE:
- Please note that our househas another separate section with separate entrance with a long-term tenant that is sharing the backyard. (You have the complete 3 bedroom house and not sharing it with anyone)
- The Fireplace in the living room is not operational.
