The house is ideally situated on a bus route shielded with a fenced in front yard and private, quiet space in the backyard with a deck for the perfect escape. Hoskins House is close to other North Vancouver attractions such as Lower Lonsdale and Grouse Mountain as well as a 20-minute drive to downtown Vancouver.

Hoskins House features a full kitchen, two queen beds and two twin pull-out cots to maximize your sleeping space. The space is also decorated in blues and inspired by the ocean to get you relaxing immediately. Pet and kid friendly. Two parking spots available right outside the property. Laundry available.

Loved the property, great location, although toilet and beds a quite low, probably not an issue with most people but both my wife and I are 6ft ish. Regardless we will be returning, great value.

Relaxing girls weekend

The property is exactly as described - the hospitality of the host and ease of communication was super appreciated and made the stay very enjoyable! It was very close to shops and perfectly located to enjoy both nature as well as the Shipyards and Lower Lonsdale neighborhood. We had a wonderful weekend and will be back! I would highly recommend this place to anyone for a stay, both with family or friends for a weekend away.

Relaxing long weekend

We loved Hillary's house! It had everything that our family needed. The location was great, it was close to Lynn Suspension bridge, grocery stores and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet. Our favorite parts were that we were welcomed by a Halloween decorations in the front yard, wine, chocolates, coffee and robes for lounging! We felt at home. Thank you!

Great Location!! Super close to beautiful parks and hiking

We had short stay before our cruise to Alaska. We were extremely happy with location. Close to restaurants, grocery and attractions. Easy to communicate with our host and she was very helpful. Would gladly stay again!

Peaceful comfort

My husband and I stayed 2 nights in this very nicely appointed home. We were .5 a mile from the beautiful Logan Canyon suspension bridge, great restaurants and a Waves coffee house. We recommend this VRBO if you’re looking for a chill local experience. Hillary was a great host.
