Bright, newly renovated and fully furnished. Access via east side of house, has its own private patio. Full kitchen, bathroom and in-suite laundry. Secure access through private stairs on east side of house.

Convenient location, quick access to Second Narrows, Hwy 1, Sea to Sky. Located close to transit and walking distance to trails leading to Bridgeman Park and Park and Tilford amenities.

Radiant floor heating and modern bathroom and kitchen. There's a full fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer in suite.

Ideally suited for a single or a couple. We are also happy to accommodate couples traveling with a child.

Right from the start of the booking process we had good communication from the hosts. The property was in a lovely neighbourhood. Inside was spacious & clean with everything you needed to self cater in the kitchen.

This place was a very clean and open space. The unit was very nice, and quiet as well due to its location. There is also a beautiful patio with a nice view of the mountains and a fire pit. The only downside is that I don’t think there was any AC, and it was a bit warm in the summer. However, there were multiple fans provided which were a major help. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend this unit!

Wonderful host and wonderful property

Rob and Cindy were wonderful hosts with their really nice suite. Everything from WiFi, TV, ammeneties, cool little espresso machine were made available. We even had an extra request of a trickle charge for our EV which was accommodated. The location was a nice central North Van quiet area as well. Recommended!

Peaceful...perfect space

This is our second time to stay here. The kitchen is great...island big and spacious. Lots of storage for suitcases and clothing.Great neighborhood...parking not a problem.We like this property and its owners!

Stay was so pleasant. The area is great with lots of trees and birds - lovely to have our morning coffee on the patio. Suite is nice, comfortable and reasonably equipped (could benefit from a clothes drying rack for items that do not go in the dryer). Communication was generally excellent with the hosts responsive and not impending on privacy at all despite living upstairs - what a cute dog as well! I note the dryer sometimes finishes the cycle before items are properly dried so make sure you run it again as needed - unfortunately the towels and bedding had a damp smell which was unpleasant and not fixed by rewashing (towels) so may be time to change them to ensure guests’ comfort. However, would absolutely stay again and highly recommend booking as this was a wonderfull experience.

Beautiful, new suite!

Lovely, very spacious and bright! Hosts were very communicative and always available if we needed anything. Loved having coffee on the patio in the mornings, enjoying the sunshine and the view. Quick walk to shops, groceries, transit.Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay

Loved staying in this light filled gorgeous property. Every thought went into comfort and style. Easy walking distance to parks and shops and the local area has plenty of cafes and restaurants. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating

Amazing stay at best price!

Everything about the stay was awesome. It is the best available place for the best price. Cindy was friendly and helpful as a host. Was impressed with the minor details: snacks, coffee, dressings, other basic spices were all stocked and ready to use. Toiletries were best quality as well.

Comfortable stay

We spend a few days in Vancouver after our Alaska cruise. The property was exactly as described, with all amenities. The location was conveniently located, although being in North Vancouver a vehicle is recommended for getting around. Overall, very happy with our stay and we won't hesitate to stay on our next trip to Vancouver.

Absolutely Fantastic Stay

My husband and I stayed for a week while visiting friends and family in the area. The place was absolutely wonderful! We felt so at home. Bright and happy. Beautiful views of Vancouver and the ocean inlet. Hosts friendly and helpful. We hope to return. Probably nicest VRBO in which we have stayed.

Great location to relax and enjoy North Vancouver

The property is clean, quiet and spacious! Great location and safe to walk the area. We hosted a supper for our 2 daughters who had just graduated from Capilano University and fully enjoyed the fantastic kitchen and outdoor deck! The host offered us a firepit as well! Enjoy your stay here!

So glad we stayed at this extraordinary place! Rob and Cindy were so nice and welcoming! We had no complaints at all and everything you need for a comfortable stay is right at your fingertips. When visiting Vancouver, would highly recommend. Will definitely book again when visiting Vancouver!

Modern and cozy

This is a terrific suite with a wonderful view. The street is quiet and safe. The neighborhood is close to everything you need in North Van from groceries to restaurants to shopping. Cindy and Rob are wonderful hosts ~ thank you for an amazing stay!
