We had a great stay! The house has everything you could possibly need & the boat that’s available to rent @ the property is a big bonus. We had a great day boating on the lake with 6 teenagers & 4 adults comfortably on the boat. Zack (boat manager) was really easy to work with & bent over backwards to make sure we were happy/had what we needed for an enjoyable boating experience. We enjoyed all of the ‘lake toys’ provided (kayaks, paddleboards, swim mat), the fire pit, hot tub & theater room too!

Beautiful home with breathtaking views and every comfort you could ask for. Communication with the host was seamless from start to finish, making our stay completely stress-free. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed — it truly felt like the hosts had thought of every detail to make guests feel at home.We stayed during the winter and it was absolutely wonderful — cozy, peaceful, and perfect in every way. Amazing House

We had an amazing time on the lake. Our family loved the kayaks, paddle boards and the pontoon boat. The kids loved the theater and game rooms! I highly recommend this house!

Great family vacation

Our family (including children ages 9 and 11) enjoyed the kayaks, paddleboards, hot tub, arcade games, and theater room. The home is lovely and comfortable, indoors and outdoors. Kitchen, living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms are all very nice! We would definitely rent again!

Great house with all the amenities! We had a wonderful time with all the water toys, kayaks, board games, movie theater, arcade and shuffleboard games and awesome fire pit for evening gatherings and smores! The only negative was the property location: photos don't accurately show the large boat storage and launch ramp less than 100 ft. off the end of the property's dock (fine during the week, but quite busy/noisy on the weekend with boats and jetskis launching/recovering). Also, the water around the dock and beach area is extremely shallow...great for little ones, but not much good for swimming until you get well away from shore.All in all, we had a great time, and the minor annoyances did little to detract from an otherwise epic family vacation!

Fabulous Labor Day Weekend!

House was fabulous for 6 adults and 5 kids ages three months to 5 years. We come to Lake Anna every year and would definitely stay here again! In addition to a great house, the neighborhood is also lovely and we enjoyed taking walks around it in the morning.

Best VRBO Ever!

We’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO properties and thus was by far the best place we’ve ever stayed! Fully stocked with supplies, fantastic location, the management was amazing. The patio and fire pit area were fantastic, the dock was perfect with the shaded area and seating, the screened in porch was a delight. We loved everything about this house!

We absolutely loved this property! It is beautifully maintained and extremely well appointed! It has something for everyone! I would also recommend renting the pontoon boat and having Zach drive you around if you don't have a boat license. He was fantastic! The communication with the property managers was extremely positive. Very responsive, very quickly. It was a perfect family friendly property!

Friends getaway

Our group stayed for 3 nights here, everything was fantastic. The house is very nice and has all the amenities (and more) that were listed. Everything was well organized and clean, our group enjoyed our stay, and communication with the owner was top notch. The only complaint we had was that there were spiders in and out of the house/dock which made people uneasy. Overall, would come back here!

Truly a Dream!!

Our vacation could not have been better! The house was so comfortable, clean, spacious…our kids loved movie night in the movie theater and getting comfy on the huge cozy bean bag chairs in their personal “den” upstairs:) The lake equipment was perfect including a whole bin of sand toys for the littles! As a large family of 9, finding an affordable vacation rental that is still luxurious and spacious enough for us all is really incredible and we are so grateful!! Thank you once again for helping us end of our summer with memories for a lifetime!

Great vacation home

our family stayed at this lake house and it was an amazing experience. The house was well equipped with all the necessities you would need (coffee, toilet paper, paper towel towels, aluminum foil, etc). The access to the lake was what made our trip so enjoyable. Towels are provided for both the bath and the lake. Our kids truly enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards and playing in the sand. We brought our own fishing poles, and that helped entertain the family for hours. The theater room was fun and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again when visiting like Anna
