The Space:

Nestled in the heart of the historic Marigny, this stunning private room offers charm, comfort, and modern convenience. Located in a beautifully maintained historic B&B, this room features its own en-suite bathroom, a cozy queen-sized bed with plush linens, and stylish decor that highlights the building's timeless character. Guests will enjoy amenities like a mini fridge, coffee maker, desk, flat-screen TV, and ample fresh linens for a comfortable stay. Please note, while we no longer operate as a traditional bed and breakfast, this space provides a serene retreat amidst the lively culture of New Orleans.



Guest Access:

You'll have private access to your bedroom and en-suite bathroom. The guest room is located at the front of the house, with direct entry from the front door.



The Neighborhood:

Immersed in the vibrant Marigny neighborhood, you're perfectly positioned between the French Quarter and the Bywater. This area is known for its lively atmosphere, colorful architecture, and the constant hum of jazz music. Explore a variety of dining options, from casual eateries to acclaimed restaurants, all within easy reach. The French Quarter, a short distance away, offers iconic attractions, including Bourbon Street's bustling nightlife and the historic Jackson Square. Getting Around:

No on-site parking is available. Limited street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, but guests should carefully follow posted residential restrictions and street-cleaning schedules and park at least 20 feet from crosswalks to avoid tickets or towing.



Several paid parking lots are nearby. The closest is Premium Parking P408 at 2150 Decatur Street. Free unrestricted street parking may sometimes be found outside the French Quarter but is not guaranteed.



Public transportation is very accessible. You’re just 0.3 miles from both the 2 Riverfront and 49 Rampart-St. Claude streetcar lines. Nearby bus routes include the 55 Elysian Fields (0.1 mi), 5 Marigny-Bywater (0.2 mi), 88 St. Claude/Jackson Barracks (0.3 mi), and 57 Franklin (0.3 mi).

Uber and Lyft also operate throughout New Orleans, making it easy to request a ride when public transit isn’t convenient.
