The Space:
Attention to detail and amenities define this well appointed home away from home! Enter through the spacious mudroom where you can leave all of your gear. All three bedrooms and two full baths occupy the ground floor. The primary suite w/a queen bed and full ensuite bath, the second guest room with a queen bed and the third guest room, with a twin XL over full bunk bed as well as the second full bathroom w/bathtub are all on the ground floor. The washer/dryer is located in a closet on the ground floor as well. Upstairs you'll discover a lovely private deck to your left as you ascend the stairs. To the right you'll find a TV nook with a twin daybed which makes a perfect place for kids to watch a show without disturbing the main living space. The powder room is adjacent to this area. The main living space is so inviting with expansive views to the west, a cozy wood stove, TV and extremely inviting couches to sink into after a long day cavorting in the mountains. The open floor plan of the living space really creates a lovely ambiance in this property. The dining table has seating for 8. The kitchen is really beautifully stocked. Every small appliance you could ever need while on vacation has been provided! A drip, keurig, and french press have been provided as well as a blender, instapot, crockpot, and waffle maker. The spice drawer is full and triple filtered water is on tap at the sink. This kitchen is ready for culinary action!
Additional features-include a stroller, pack n play, booster seat, games and toys for kids.
Please note that our company does require you to e-sign our rental policy which will be emailed to you after your booking comes in. If you would like to see this prior to your booking, please don't hesitate to ask. Guests 30 years or older are welcome to book this property. Note, not all guests need to be 30 or older.
This is a non-smoking property inside and out.
One well behaved dog is welcome with an additional $100 pet fee. Please notify us if you are bringing a dog.
This property allows 4 vehicles.
There is a 5 night minimum for Summer 2024 until 1/1/2024 at which point we will allow rentals with a 3 night minimum.

The Neighborhood:
Paradise Road is a tight knit community of local and 2nd homeowners. It's not uncommon to see people out and about on walks, working in their yard or conversing with their neighbors.
Getting Around:
You will need a car for this area. There is a free shuttle van service to access the ski resort. Details provided in the property.
