How do u spell RELAX. Why do an apartment when u can relax creek/lake side? The Nautical House reflects my love of water, sailing & travel. Spacious 780 sq ft w/ beautiful shared backyard watch the birds dive for fish. 1.5 m to swimmable lake

Fully equipped kitchen.
Driveway parking. 2 private entrances.
Less than 2 hours to Mt. Rainier National Park--our stunning 14,410 ft VOLCANO! :-) or Olympic Peninsula.
8 miles to downtown Tacoma. Less than 1 hour from Seattle.

Spacious unit with gorgeous shared backyard on a creek 100 feet to the Lake.
Guest access
Entire unit, backyard, free parking in driveway, laundry in shared hallway to the garage. First load free. $5/load after that.
Other things to note
You have your own guest house space with two private entrances and on premise parking. The backyard is shared. You have your own washer dryer in the shared hallway leading to the garage.
