Riverfront with huge back yard , your " Cottage" on the water. Modern house in a quiet friendly Village. 25 min. East of Ottawa just off the 417. Floating Dock with Easy access for Kayaks & Boats to a calm river. Public boat access 5 min away. 15 min. to Calypso Aquatic Park or Casselview Golf Club. The Cassel Brewery is in town and nearby is the Drouin Farm & it's Sugar Shack , Fromagerie Coopérative St-Albert Inc & Larose Forest . Hi Speed WiFi, BBQ with Pizza oven,Fire Pit. Spacious summer retreat

The house was large and well equipped. Everyone had room and comfortable beds. There were all kinds of activities- canoes, kayaks and a large back lawn. We had a barbecue on the covered back porch on the ground floor and lovely evenings on the upper balcony. Grocery shopping was easy as there were several stores a short distance away in town.

Great country river community

Super nice house with plenty amenities and little necessities were included (towels, tp, coffee, etc.) Neighbors and neighborhood is very pleasant and welcoming. River is very peaceful. Great place for modern country life on the river, while being a short commute to the city.

Beautiful property just 30 minutes away from the city!

The pictures don’t do this property justice! It’s exactly as pictured on the posting with 3 full sized bathrooms and 2 comfortable bedrooms on the main floor and 2 on the lower level. The host was very responsive with any questions you may have. There was 6 adults that stayed for 4 nights and plenty of space for all of us. There is everything you need in Casselman from groceries to a Canadian tire!

The house is gorgeous! The rooms are spacious, beds are incredibly comfortable and there is lots for people to do. Everything was perfect and it is well stocked with little items you may need throughout the stay. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful home away from home!

Urban living in the country

Lovely property and spacious.Elevated deck with view of river.Sauna and local golf course attractions for us but also Ottawa just a step away.

Ottawa Tamarack half marathon weekend stay

We booked this because we were coming in with family to do the Tamarack half marathon and couldn’t have picked a better place. The home has two large beautiful decks backing onto the Nation River we never got tired of the view. The host Chris was very responsive from check in to check out. We found the home exceeded our expectations very spacious well equipped in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. We would definitely stay again.

Great spot

Exactly as advertised. We had a fantastic time sitting on the dock and enjoying the water. There were quite a few ping pong games and the bonfire was nice. Well kept property and house with friendly neighbours. Thanks Chris.
