In your suite you will beds, a coffee table, a full bathroom with great pressure and hot water, hair drier, closet , iron , TV, Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, safe deposit box , first aid kit, access to Netflix, a minibar, a microwave and some amenities that we will leave for you as a “Welcome Kitt for a great start to your vacation” (bottles of water, shampoo, liquid soap, coffee, toilet paper) that you may refill at the convenience store. Your room is delivered clean and neat and we will provide bath towels for each registered person. For stays longer than 3 nights, we will change your bath towels and make a complimentary light cleaning. Beach towels are provided fresh and daily in the pool area

Our property is privately owned and although is not part of the hotel, we provide access to all common areas of the Park Royal Hotel. You can use the pools, lounge chairs, beach, go to the Yamilu archeological site, use the parking lot, go to the hotel shops, order fresh beach towels daily and enjoy the security provided by the guards and lifeguards. All of the above is under the policies of the Park Royal Hotel that must be respected and in which we have no interference.
Our suites have the necessary items for you to prepare some food and you are very close to many restaurant options at La Isla Shopping Village, just across the street.

We will send you a guide with all the instructions of check in and we will leave in your suite a more comprehensive guide with all the recommendations of the area, rules of the suite and tourist information. You will also have a dedicated concierge to receive and assist you at all times. Please contact us before arrival so we can have you pre registered and provide you with your confidential code to access the suite . You can contact us at any time by the Airbnb chat system, telephone or email, we usually answer within 1 hour between 7 am and 10 pm
We are a group of “Cancunenses” with a passion for detail and service to our guests. We will be available to help you with anything you need, and we will also respect your privacy.

The hotel zone is so beautiful, you can jog or walk on the beach or on the cycle track, you can take the city bus at the door of the hotel and go either downtown or the party center where famous Coco bongo, Dadyò and Hard Rock Café are located and it is less than 5 minutes away. Starbucks, McDonalds and Chedraui Gourmet are also just 5 minutes away.

Transportation is very easy, local buses run every 10-15 minutes and is only one way. We have Airport Shuttle service to Park Royal and back. It is a Van for up to 10 people with a driver authorized by the airport and very reliable. If you want to book your service let us know in advance. We also have many tours with prices and special promotions for our guests including parks as Xcaret and ChichenItza.
