The open concept kitchen features stainless steel appliances, drip and K cup coffee makers, a breakfast bar with seating for two and all of the essentials you will need! The dining room has a bar height table with seating for four.

The living room features a sleeper sofa, loveseat, recliner, flat screen TV and a gorgeous view of the lake through the double doors that opens onto the balcony. There is a half bath located on the main floor as well.

This bedroom features a queen-sized bed, twin bed with trundle, closet, nightstand and a flat screen TV.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, dresser, nightstands, closet and a flat screen TV.
Bedroom 3
The third bedroom features a queen-sized bed, nightstand, and a dresser.
Bathroom
The bathroom features a single vanity sink and a walk-in shower.
Outside
Outside you can enjoy the large deck with a gas grill, picnic table, a table with seating for four, a table with seating for six and sun loungers. There is a grassy fenced in area off of the deck with an outdoor fireplace. The dock has a swim ladder, two kayaks, lily pad and sun loungers.

This home is only 15 minutes from the Bagnell Dam strip and 20 minutes to Osage Beach. By water you are just minutes from popular lakefront bars and restaurants including Docknockers, Shady Gators, The Bend at the Duck and Boathouse Lakeside Bar & Grill. There is a public boat launch located conveniently 4 miles from the home at Village Marina.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
