Located just one tier from the gulf, spectacular views of the emerald coast may be enjoyed! As you step into the stunning entryway, comforting features within will let you know you're home. The hardwood floors exude a legacy feel in the bedrooms, beneath a rare combination of fashionable and natural lighting. Neutral coloring throughout provides a calming feel, your inner stylist will find plenty of room to flex. The efficient gas fireplace gives the living room a welcoming ambiance, creating a great spot for reading or a nap. The spacious kitchen is perfect for holiday family gatherings; plenty of counter space and storage is provided along with custom cabinetry and designer stainless steel appliances. A classic island configuration maximizes workspace and flexibility. Head upstairs and you'll find two luxurious suites each with their own private balcony boosting incredible gulf views. Very Satisfied

Kudos to John. The communication was excellent. House was above advertised. One recommendation is to provide a booklet on how to operate electronics, as well as check out responsibilities. With that said, we will be back!

Superb!

The home and location was excellent. The property manager was very responsive and great in making sure any questions were addressed. We had a family of nine and the home was very accomodating for our group. The home is located in the center of all the shopping and entertainment district. You would definitely be impressed.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL STAY!!!

It was 6 adults & one 4 year old, EVERYONE enjoyed this home!! 1st, I would like to say that I gave 4/5 stars for communication w/ property manager ONLY bc the only way to contact was through VRBO msging which isn't the greatest to me bc I had to just wait until I heard back from our hosts. We've stayed in this neighborhood 3 times & the prior 2 times, we had a phone number we could text or call & I really enjoyed having more confidence in connecting to our hosts! With that said...our hosts & the house would get a 10 of 10 if possible!!!!! This was my FAVORITE house so far...the hosts were SO kind, answered every question we had, the home was far above my expectations as far as cleanliness. It is THE cleanest house I've been to so far in Destiny by the Sea so that made me even more comfortable in our stay. Check-in was simple. Kitchen was well-stocked, with even some condiments & things in the fridge which was thoughtful. Bed/bathrooms were well-stocked w/ tissue, towels, comfy beds...the new non-slip shower mat was a nice touch which let me know the hosts took thought into what we need as guests. A caution on the 2nd floor stairs, I would bring a gate next time bc it is close to the kitchen exit. Also has an extensive beach towel/toy collection! I truly cannot say enough GREAT things about this host & home!!!!!! Would definitely recommend to others & stay again!!!
