Beautifully charming, immaculately maintained 1-1/2-story home with "17th Century" Brick and Hardiplank exterior. Updates: Roof (2017), new HVAC system Aug. 2023, 2-year-old water heater, 2023 microwave & sprinkler controls. Awesome area for visiting. From the shade of your covered patio, you will enjoy the peaceful, green view across the wide culvert, all the way to the golf course. Cute "she-shed" in back yard! 3rd downstairs bedroom is currently an office/study. Spacious upstairs loft could be your private office, game room, media room, or big 4th bedroom...whatever you want it to be! Again we say, "Welcome Home!"
