10 secluded acres just mins from the University of Alabama! When you pull through the gate, life slows down! This property features a cozy home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and a very clean horse barn with additional living quarters (1 bedroom/1 bath) that brings the total to 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The main house has a great open floorplan with an upscale kitchen with a large granite island! This property has room for you to come out and stretch your legs! Step out back into the woods and follow the walking trails down to the creek.
The Space:
The property features a main house built in 2018 with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The wonderful kitchen is open to the living room and dining room. This makes the main house a perfect space for entertaining! Right outside the back door is the entrance to the barn. This barn has a cozy heated and cooled living space that includes a bedroom and an on-suite bathroom.
Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the property through the gate at the end of the driveway. Once through the gate, you follow the gravel drive down behind the house between the back door and the barn. There is a smartlock on the backdoor of the house. The code will be sent over to you with the check-in instructions.
