The Mayo Clinic is just down the road, making this a great choice for traveling nurses, and the University of North Florida is only six miles west so it's also an ideal choice for families visiting for graduations.

The single-story interior has been beautifully updated and fully appointed for modern family comfort. Deluxe accents and fixtures include gorgeous tile floors and kitchen countertops. Updated stainless steel kitchen appliances make it easy to plan and prepare home-cooked meals. A full-size fridge, an oven, and a sink are also equipped on the screened patio for alfresco meal inspiration.
