Zip code 32246. Just a short drive to the beach, UNF, JIA airport, Mayo Clinic, Jaguar football stadium, zoo, etc.
Covered carport: Wide driveway for easy arrival (easily fits 5 vehicles).
Two living rooms: One with a cozy sectional & a super comfy recliner. The second living room has a couch, loveseat, two swivel chairs. Smart TV mounted on wall.

****Please note 1 twin bed is a Lucid Rollaway Guest Bed with 4" Memory Foam, measurements are 74"L x 31"W x 12"H.
Additionally, bedroom #4 does not have access to the closet. It's locked with owner supplies.
Kitchen: equipped w/ pots, pans, crockpot , coffeepot & k-cup, mini-wafflemaker, and all the essentials needed for meals! Dining table seats six and we have three folding tv trays!
Also, we have a simple yet productive workspace providing a desk set up with a large monitor-perfect for remote workers or digital nomads to plug in and get stuff done.
We have a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Relax and unwind on the screened porch. For some friendly competition, there's a ping-pong table and cornhole. The outdoor patio has a large dining table with six chairs and an umbrella! There are plenty of coloring books & crayons for a rainy day!
We have baby gear (full-size crib, Paw Patrol toddler bed, highchair, stroller, pack n play, books/toys) that are available upon request.
Use our beach towels, boogieboards, and sand toys for your beach days!
We only rent to previously reviewed guests. We have a strict NO events/parties/gatherings policy. A maximum of 8 guests are allowed on the premises at all times. This includes daily visitors and children. This is also a pet free property. If these rules are broken, the stay will be forfeited with no refund and a $500 fee will be applied.

I love living in Jacksonville. There are so many things to do here!
Why they chose this property
The Windy Hill neighborhood is very special to me. I grew up here in the 70's and the streets were always filled with kids playing & exploring. Fast forward to the year 2000, I was lucky enough to purchase my first home just a few streets from my childhood home. My parents still live in the same house I grew up in and my brother owns a home here too. It's a place you can relax and recharge. It's very cozy and comfortable. I hope you love it as much as we do.

The house itself is cozy and inviting. But it's the location that truly sets it apart. You are just minutes from anywhere you want to go. And yet you're also tucked away on a quiet street.
