Beautiful Beach House On The Coast Of Sauípe -Ba
Beautiful house designed by the famous architect David Bastos, situated in a super luxury condominium (Casas de Sauipe) within the Costa do Sauipe complex (70 km from Salvador airport). The condominium offers 24 hour security, tennis court, soccer field, club, private beach, cinema, playroom, gym, equestrian field, zip line, farm, village with restaurants, bars and daily shows. The house has i4 suites all with double beds and air conditioning, 1 toilet, well equipped kitchen, service area with complete dependence. On the outside of the house we have a large gourmet area and a pleasant gazebo. The house is strategically located within the condominium, close to the bridge and the private beach access to the beach, without any kind of vehicle for getting to the pier. We offer full laundry, swimming pool, gardener, internet. Water, gas and light are not included. The condo does not allow pets.
