Our home is a delight... it features air-conditioned accommodation (1 suite), a private pool, cable TV, Wi-Fi, and a spacious, well-defined recreational area with a freezer, a beer cooler, and a barbecue grill. The gated community features a front desk and 24-hour security, nestled within an ecological reserve—peace and relaxation are guaranteed... located near the ocean and river (a car is required), it includes a playground, as well as a football field and a gym. A place where fun is guaranteed every day of the year, with comfort and safety for the whole family. For New Year’s Eve, a minimum stay of 5 nights is required. <br>Electricity and water consumption are billed separately.<br>
