Excellent house in front of the sea, with fantastic panoramic view. Recently renovated. Located in the Paraíso condominium, which has a complete leisure infrastructure (bike path, jogging path, tennis courts, volleyball court and soccer field) and 24-hour security. The house has 2 floors, with 250 m2 of area, facing east. It has two large living rooms, a spacious kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 4 of which are suites, 2 social bathrooms, 2 lavatories, large verandas with hammocks, and a swimming pool. Large gourmet space with barbecue and pool table. Outdoor area with shower, gardens and 400 m2 lawn. Service area with closets and washing machine. The bathrooms have built-in closets, with glass showers and hot showers. One of the suites has a Jacuzzi with hydromassage and all bedrooms have air conditioning. Fully furnished house, with pantry and kitchen utensils. The house accommodates 13 people.

Casa Guarajuba

Excelente propriedade, muito bem equipada com todas as louças e talheres, ar condicionado split silencioso em todos os quartos, eletrodomésticos novos e funcionando bem, tanque subterrâneo de água para evitar falta, muito boa limpeza.

Muito bom, exatamente o que se vê nas fotos

O imóvel é muito bom, exatamente o que se vê nas fotos. É muito fresco devido a brisa do mar e a vista é linda. Os quartos são ótimos, a piscina e varanda deliciosos e o condomínio é muito organizado. A praia é ótima, gostosa e vazia. Os proprietários são muito educados e cumpriram exatamente o combinado. Super recomendo.

Uma Verdadeira Casa de Praia pé na areia

Estivemos hospedados de 22/12/2017 a 10/01/2018, excelente casa pé na areia com uma ótima localização no cond paraíso, passamos o Natal e Réveillon com muito conforto, segurança e tranquilidade, recomendo tivemos uma ótima experiência

Guarajuba Paraíso

Frequento Guarajuba há vários anos, em especial o Condomínio Paraíso, onde se situa o imóvel avaliado. O Condomínio é seguro, agradável, muito bem mantido e com ótima localização, próximo aos restaurantes, bares, supermercados e outras facilidades da Praia de Guarajuba, com quadras de esporte, campo de futebol, ciclovia e pista para pedestres à beira mar. A casa em que ficamos situa-se à beira da praia, com uma vista maravilhosa, bem dividida, bastante arejada e com ar condicionado em todos os quartos. Entre a varanda e o mar, uma boa piscina, junto a uma churrasqueira. Encontramos o imóvel limpo, bem mantido e com um bom mobiliário. Os proprietários são atenciosos, gentis e bastante solícitos. Não tenho qualquer dúvida em recomendar o imóvel a familiares e amigos.
