Fully rising, in a gated community with 17 units, just 300m from the paradise BEACH OF THE LORD and 800m from the center of the fishing village in Praia do
With Suite on the ground floor, a large pool with shallow area, ideal for children, ventilated balconies and tasty kiosk, the property also has maid and service area.
Upstairs are four super ventilated bedrooms with split air conditioners.
Gourmet area with fridge, wood stove, pizza oven, barbecue and table for 12 people, all equipped for your leisure and comfort, plus an air-conditioned cellar with wine glasses.
Our kitchen is complete with stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric oven, sandwich maker, blender and all utensils.
In the living room we have a 40 'TV and SKY and in the upstairs lounge with another 30' TV.
A beautiful view of the green area and good ventilation ensures peace of mind and comfort.
The bed, table and bath linen are of excellent quality and the laundry area has a washing machine. Everything working perfectly.
