About this property

We would like to rent our Myrtle Beach condo starting immediately until at most April. It has three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It's on the top floor of building 3 in Pelicans Landing. The building has an elevator and parking underneath the building. The flooring was recently replaced but isn't reflected in the pictures. I'll get some updated pictures and replace what's here now. The condo is completely furnished and the kitchen is very well equipped. Parking is limited to 2 cars. The HOA does not allow pets. This is a monthly rental.

My daughter and I enjoyed this lovely condo very much. My first time to Myrtle since my husband's death in April. We used to come every year. My daughter and this lovely condo made the transition easier. Thank you
