Bom imóvel

Este imóvel fica muito próximo à praia e possui garagem. Eu só sugeriria a colocação de toalhas, ainda que o cliente pagasse uma taxa extra caso as utilizasse, pois alguns hóspedes vão de avião à região, como era o nosso caso. Mesmo assim, achamos muito bom o apartamento.

La ubicacion es muy buena...las instalaciones del edificio tambien. La limpieza del departamento era escasa...tuve que ponerme a limpiar los cajones para poner la ropa. Y encontre 2 cucharachas en los dormitorios. En uno de los dormitorios no habia cortina que frenara el sol... era imposible dormir. Me comunique con el propietario y me mando a la señora de limpieza que me colgara una frazada para frenar el sol... una vergüenza!!

Bom imóvel, acomoda com conforto seis pessoas. o ar-condicionado no quarto funciona bem e os ventiladores de teto ajudam muito, cozinha espaçosa e equipada. Para quem não conhece a prainha em Arraial do Cabo - RJ não há nada para fazer à noite. tendo que ir à praia grande ou Cabo Frio.

A localização e otima. Mas a pessoa q cuida para o dono e muito iresponsavel nossa entrada no ap era as 15:00hrs e tivemos q esperar sair quem nele estava ate as 20:30 da noite acho q o dono precisa ficar mais atento com essa senhora. Eu não quiz falae nada para ele no momento porq a culpa não e do dono e sim a senhora q cuida do ap. Pegamos o ap limpo as presas. Quem não quizer passar pelo q passamos ligue para o dono antes.

Maravilhoso!

O Apto é bem localizado, ótimo estado, muito limpo e cheiroso, tem TUDO o que você precisa de utensílios domésticos. Eu amei, recomendo a todos que queiram conforto e querem se sentir em casa em Arraial. O centro e bem perto e além disso tem padarias na rua de trás, onde o café da manhã está mais do que garantido. O Sr Manoel sempre muito solicito e atencioso. Voltarei em breve!
