The unit has a private balcony that faces the Pemigewasset River, and is within walking distance to Main St Lincoln attractions. Indoor pool, hot tub, game room and laundry room right in the building. There is a full bathroom, kitchen and living room with a futon for 2 guests. This is an ideal base camp for anyone looking to take in all the White Mountains have to offer! Free parking on site and free ski shuttle to Loon

Perfect New Hampshire getaway!

Comfortable condo in a building with pool and hot tub, and within walking distance of good restaurants. Beautiful view of river and mountains off the back balcony. Would be nice if the building installed a charger for electric cars, or at least an available outlet.
