We had a great stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and charming! The bed was comfortable, water pressure and hot water were great for the shower, it was quiet, and we fell asleep to the relaxing sound of the Pemigewasset flowing past... The room is conveniently located by great restaurants and shops, as well as the Kancamagus. You can easily walk to businesses in Lincoln if you'd like. This is our second time staying in the Lodge and we hope to be back soon! Rick is a responsive and friendly host and directions are clear, as well.

This property was in a great location, so near everything! Room was clean, and host was super communicative. We lost power for a few seconds the first night which caused the ac to stop working. As soon as we reached out, Rick responded and sent maintenance to fix it. This place was perfect for our quick weekend getaway.

Perfect Location

Great location! Near great trails and sights in the White Mountains. We walked to several restaurants and to the river, which is directly behind it. Clean and comfortable. Rick was very helpful. We would love to stay here again.

We were happy with the property though outdated it was clean and worth the price. The town was lovely with good restaurants and great hiking/outdoor activities. The biggest issue we had was the check in process. We didn’t get our key until over an hour after check in time. This messed up our schedule and was a huge pain especially with little communication from the host. Over all it was a nice stay but will be looking for another property next time.
