3 bed, 2 full bath, 2nd floor end unit at Riverfront Condo. 1/2 mile to Loon Mountain. When done skiing in the winter or , hiking in the summer, build yourself a fire, pour yourself a drink and relax. Wake up to the sight and sound of the river just outside your bedroom window.

Air Conditioning. Sleeps 6 - 1 king and 4 twins. 2 large comfy sofas in the living room.

Nicely furnished, open floor plan has granite countertops - open kitchen, dining and living area make for great entertaining. Fresh sheets & towels provided and kitchen has everything you need to cook in. Or dine out at any one of the many restaurants within a mile. Free Wifi. Great for the family.

Great fun all year round - winter, spring, summer, and fall.

Family vacation

This is our third year staying at Kirk’s condo. It has everything you need. The place is always spotless. It’s close to downtown Lincoln. Lots of great places to grab a bite to eat or head to the river to relax. Lots of nearby hiking trails too.

Short but amazing stay.

Great property, location was amazing. After hiking all day I was so nice to sit on the balcony and eat dinner watching the river. Will be back for long stay next time.

Great Place to Stay

Great Location. The Condo has a great layout with the 2 kids rooms separated from the Master. Located between the main base and South Peak provided easy access to both areas.

We enjoyed our long weekend at this property! Tucked away but close enough to it all. There was enough space for our group and check in and out went seamlessly. Beautiful setting! Comfortable for our children and Papa as well. Enough pots, pans, etc. Games were a hit especially the very cool chess board. It was awesome to listen to the river sounds with the windows open. Thank you, we will be back!

Family vacation

Kirk’s place is in the perfect location. Close to downtown Lincoln and minutes from the kancamangus. The condo has everything you need for a relaxing stay. And hearing the river is definitely a plus!

It was clean, cozy, and comfortable. So much better than staying in a hotel.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. My kids said it felt like home. It had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. It was nice to sit on the deck by the river and leave the windows open at night to listen to the water. Very peaceful. I would stay here again.

Didn’t want to leave!

Great place and the perfect size for our family of six. The condo is in a great location and you can’t beat the view of the river. It was pretty chilly our last night, so we lit a fire. The fireplace really puts out some good heat, and the condo association leaves piles of wood outside for everyone’s use. Would absolutely stay here again. ❤️

Bike week

We love to ride around this area and the scenery is amazing. We dont like the chaos of Laconia so we decided to stay in Lincoln and so glad we did. The condo was very clean, kitchen had everything needed to cook and clean. Plenty of room and the view from the deck is perfect. The sound of the river is so relaxing, Owner was very nice and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again...

Lovely stay on the Pemi

This property is in a prime location right in the Pemi River. You can watch and listen to the River right outside the sliding doors in the living room. Just beautiful! The unit was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you’d need to prepare a meal. Close to hiking trails, Loon mt and lots of good restaurants. Hope to return!

Peaceful Retreat

My husband, adult daughter and I stayed for the weekend prior to peak foliage season. The condo was very clean and had everything to cook with. The balcony overlooked the Pemi river and it was so soothing to listen to at night and sit and drink a cup of coffee in the morning. Lincoln is a great town to walk around in which is in walking distance. I would rent here again! The only downfall was that I couldn't stay longer!!

Wonderful place!

If you love to hike and be outdoors, then this is the spot for you! The location is perfect, which allowed us to do more activities than normal. So many trails were minutes away. For the actual property, we were so impressed with the cleanliness. Safe to say it’s the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in. Also, some rentals immediately scream ‘hey thanks for the money, here’s a bed’ the second you walk in, but this property was so warm and welcoming and had everything that was needed. We had a great experience with this property. The owner is very responsive and we will likely stay here again.

Hiking the White Mountains - perfect place to stay!

We loved this condo. There were originally supposed to be 5 of us, but after 2 canceled there were 3. 2 other friends stayed in a condo in the building next door. We did a combo of carryout and meals that I brought from home (IL). Our friends always came to our condo because the dining room table was huge and more comfortable for a big group. The setting of the condo on the river was so beautiful! Kirk was VERY responsive to all my many questions before we arrived. Lincoln has a nice grocery store and lots of nice options for dining/carryout. Highly recommend this condo and this area if hiking the Whites!

Our family's vacation spot for winter, summer, spring and fall for 35 years. Great memories skiing, hiking, river tubing and utterly relaxing. Our extended family lives for the most part close to Boston (but some now come back from New York & San Francisco) and this has been a great place for three generations to enjoy, so far. We love skiing at Loon and Cannon on a powder day.

Why they chose this property

From Boston, getting here is so easy and when we arrive we can immediately unwind. Originally purchased for our family's love of skiing, this place has become a great year round retreat. There can be so much to do or so little, whatever you wants dictate.

What makes this property unique

Easy convenience to Loon Mountain. In summer, the heated pool is just outside the door and so often its just you. We enjoy taking our dogs running through the trails. We have plenty of tubes for the family's trips down the river - Papa Chuck's favorite.
