Our vacation condo has all of the comforts of home including granite countertops, large master bath, comfortable sectional sofa – not to mention breathtaking views and sounds of the of the Pemi river flowing by the windows. All you’ll need is your toothbrush and some clothes as we’ll have everything you need - from kitchen equipment to linens and towels. Our unit even has strong wireless internet! Very pleasant stay

Place was clean, nice and well equipped. Good location, close to excellent hiking. Town was quite crowded but found some good places for dinner. Would definitely return.

Great leaf peeping base camp!

Eric's condo was a perfect place to stay and is located central to Mount Washington, North Conway, and down to the Lakes Region too.

Leaf Peeping

Three years and counting. Eric is wonderful to communicate with and is always quick to respond. The location to town, Franconia Notch and the Kancamagus Highway is ideal! The Pemi River flowing along the back deck was relaxing to listen to and watch as was the wood burning fireplace. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessities and the home was clean. We look forward to our next stay!!

Great condo, wonderful view of River

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment to prepare meals. Bed was very comfortable for us. The best part was the view and sounds of the beautiful river from the deck. We would certainly visit again.

I grew up in New England a die hard skier and always dreamed of having a second home in the mountains. When I discovered Loon while going to college in Boston, I immediately fell in love with the area. Today, there are 10 of us college friends that have homes here and watching our families grow and make memories has been the most amazing thing. With life getting busier, we're not able to use it all of the time, so we wanted to give others the ability to make memories in Lincoln, NH as well.

Why they chose this property

Our condo has everything you need, including furniture and finishes like you would find in your own home. Being able to open your windows at night during the Summer, Spring and Fall to hear the roar of the Pemi River, puts you right to sleep. You can easily walk along the scenic paved river walk to Loon Mountain or it's a quick 2 minute drive in the Winter. Whether it's Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall, this condo is perfectly located.
