A stand-alone townhouse at the top of Clearbrook. Enter to a mudroom foyer with a bench. From this inner foyer, head upstairs to the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. This level also holds a half bath and accesses the deck facing out to the woods. In the living area, relax with a fire in the wood-burning fireplace while you watch the flat-screen cable television. You can also prepare a meal in the modern kitchen and enjoy it all together at the spacious dining table by the air conditioning. Above the main living area is a small sitting loft where you can sit and chat or enjoy a good book. The level above the sitting loft holds the primary bedroom suite with a king bed, a Fire television with a Roku stick but no cable, an air conditioner, and a full private bath with a tub. On the level below the entry foyer, you will find two bedrooms, a full bath, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. One bedroom offers a queen bed and a Fire/Roku television. The second bedroom has two pyramid (twin over full) bunk bed sets and another Fire/Roku television.

Enjoy the Village Swim, Tennis, and Fitness Club with two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, three Jacuzzis (one outdoors), a sauna, an exercise room, and 12 tennis courts.

Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time, including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola/tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

Clean, spacious home. Well stocked with dishes, dishware and bedding. Beautiful location. We used the clubs pools and hottubs-such a great perk! Not too far away, though did require carried (just as a heads up!)...lovely and relaxing spot to stay for the weekend with our kiddos!

The unit layout was good. The communications from the rental office was great. However, the place needed a very deep cleaning. You could not sit on the couch without coming away with dog hair all over you. The carpets were also full of dog hair. You could see it everywhere. We had to clean the place ourselves to make it bearable. It was very disappointing. The oven was also very dirty. Will not be going back.

Nice stand alone house. Most of the units at this property looked to be 2 units per building. It was nice to have the entire house. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. We travelled with our small dog. He loved the outside deck. We were there at a VERY quiet time - there was not a sole staying near us, which was both nice and somewhat unusual (to not see another person). Would highly recommend this property.

Most everything was great. Clean, nice location, great facilities and well stocked. My only complaint is that the fridge/freezer worked minimally. Bought ice cream the first night and it melted. Ended up having to cook the meat days ahead because of it which was a downer but everything else was great! I would 100% stay there again. Thank you for sharing your home with my family!

Excellent place to stay

This condo was perfect for my family. We went for a ski weekend at Loon and the location couldn’t be any better. Less than a 5 minute ride to mountain. The cleanliness and all of the amenities were perfect. We would definitely love to rent this again! Thank you.

Santa’s village

The condo was perfect for our group of two families. It was also a great location for sightseeing in NH and going to Santa’s Village. The only downside was there was no hot water on our last day. I had to take a cold shower which was not fun. It was our checkout day so there wasn’t time to call anyone. Other than that we were very comfortable there.
