About this property

White Mountain Four Season Vacation Getaway!!

Enjoy a White Mountains adventure from this three-level, fully furnished townhome located at the Village of Loon. Our main level has a fully equipped kitchen and a combined living and dining room area with a wood-burning fireplace. The master bedroom on the lower level has a queen bed, a private bathroom, and a deck. The entry-level has a bedroom with twin beds and a full bathroom. The open loft bedroom with additional living space also has twin beds. We are pet friendly for a nominal added fee per day. Rental includes access to the VOL swim and tennis club which has indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, tennis, a fitness center, and a game room. The location is across the road from Loon Mountain Resort and the Pemigewasset River. Complimentary shuttle service to the ski mountain is available in the winter. There are many terrific local opportunities for hiking and biking in addition to excellent restaurants and shopping nearby. The rental unit is 15 minutes from Canon Mountain, Clarks Trading Post, and Franconia Notch; 20 minutes to Plymouth NH area, 30 minutes to Bretton Woods,40 minutes to North Conway and 60 minutes from Manchester airport and Concord area. Lincoln New Hampshire is easily accessible from I-93.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return any furniture that you moved to its original location.
Lower the temperature as indicated on each thermostat.
Close all windows and leave dehumidifier running during the summer months.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Check out procedures will be sent prior to renters stay and are posted in the condo. NOTE: Late checkout subject to a $50 per hour additional fee.
Please leave passes (pool, shuttle bus-2, overflow parking) in the unit upon departure.
All furniture must be returned to the location it was in upon renter's arrival.

We have stayed in many of these condos over the years and this was the first one that the lower level master bedroom did not have that normal musty smell! We really enjoyed staying here, we were able to bring our family pets and the unit was big enough to have our grandkids visit for a few days. The condo was clean and Kevin was easy to communicate with when needed. We didn’t have super hot weather up there and were able to keep the condo cool by keeping everything closed with the fans on. We will absolutely stay here again!!

It is so nice to have pet friendly options for a ski stay. The shuttle to the slope was convenient with friendly drivers.We LOVE the area in the back of the complex where our dogs could run in the snow.The hot tub-pool area is a great addition after a full day of skiing

Communicating with Kevin was easy and he was very accomodating with our needs. The condo was clean and tidy, the towels fluffy and mattresses comfortable. We greatly appreciated being able to have our dog with us and the location is perfect for skiing and hiking. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the condo is a bit dated, but don't mistake that for broken.....the appliances, furniture and bathrooms are all in good working order. We would absolutely stay here again!

New Hampshire Getaway

We had a wonderful and extremely relaxing stay. The condo was clean,well stocked, and very quiet. It was so nice to sit on the deck and all you can hear is the wind thru the trees. Would highly recommend as it was very comfortable for the five of us and one small dog. If I had to make one complaint it was the lack of a washer and dryer. Yes we would stay there again.

Family Ski Trip

Perfect for our ski trip to Loon. The Convenience of being across the street from the mountain and the ability to take the shuttle over was great. Communication with the Host was Excellent. The Condo itself had everything we needed with plenty of space. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your rental. Would highly recommend.

Repeat Visitors

We enjoyed our ski weekend so much last year we came back again for another great weekend. The house works great for our family of 6 and the location across the road from Loon Mountain can’t be beat. We also enjoyed an apres ski hot tub and swim at the club house. Thanks Brian!

Perfect for what we were looking for.

It was just what we were looking for. When I was a kid, we used to visit Loon Mountain every summer, and it was so great to bring back the memories and introduce them to my kids. The condo was perfect, clean, well located, and the hosts were a pleasure to work with. It was a very hot week, so an air conditioner would be a great addition, but it didn’t stop us from having a fantastic time!

Great Family Stay!

The condo was great— clean and had everything you needed. Kids loved the loft with the beds! Property was great for walking our dog who loved all the new smells. We only used the pools once (it was a cooler week) but they were clean and my kids loved how deep one was — 9ft! My daughter loved the game room and games outside by the main building. Overall the place was super family friendly and great location. Easy access for day hikes along the Kangamangus plus quick trip to Lincoln and other surrounds towns like Woodstock.

Great Stay!

We stayed at this condo for 4 nights to experience skiing at Loon. Located across the street from the mountain made it ideal and the view of the mountain was spectacular!The condo was extremely clean and well stocked with incidentals needed while away from home. We enjoyed the pools and hot tubs located in the village. The property owner provided posted instructions and also communicated promptly to any questions we had. We would recommend this property to any family looking to enjoy some winter fun in the Lincoln area!
