The location is across the road from Loon Mountain Resort and the Pemigewasset River. Complimentary shuttle service to the ski mountain is available in the winter. The rental unit is 15 minutes from Canon Mountain, Clarks Trading Post, and Franconia Notch; 20 minutes to Plymouth NH area, 30 minutes to Bretton Woods,40 minutes to North Conway and 60 minutes from Manchester airport and Concord area. Lincoln New Hampshire is easily accessible from I-93.
