Beautiful 4 bedroom Townhouse condo with deck. Each upstairs bedroom (2) contains master beds with a full bath and lower level has two sets of bunk beds with a full mattress on the bottom, plus full bath, lower level great for the kids. Also lower level has twin beds with own separate bedroom.

SLEEPS MORE THAN 8, BUT DON’T SAY ON DESCRIPTION TO AVOID LARGE FRAT PARTY REUNIONS. Unit has wifi, cable for the four TV’s and a fully functioning pool table. Expanded living space gives plenty of room for the family. Walking distance to both beach and rec center.

We had a wonderful weekend at this home! The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, sharing a helpful info packet and being available for any questions throughout our stay. The house was spacious, well‑stocked, and perfect for our group of six (ages 7 to 77!). The pool table in the basement was such a fun bonus — everyone enjoyed shooting pool together.We also loved the resort’s rec room and the large, very clean pool. The home is well maintained, and we truly had a great stay. Highly recommend!

Great resort . The kids love the lake and pool . The condo had everything we needed. Great sleeping beds, great set up and two familyrooms. A beautiful deck with a table and grill & plenty of chairs . We loved the space. Nicely furnished.

This property was perfect for a crowd - well appointed kitchen, extra large dining room table, and plenty of games and comfortable seating. The nearby pond in the complex was absolutely gorgeous and the amenities were great. It was a little hard to find the unit coming in after dark because the markings were tough to see but that's my only complaint. Highly recommend this location.

We stayed as a family of 5 at this property. As a host Ron was wonderful with all of his communications and the home was extremely clean and updated. I would highly recommend this house!

We were a previous owner of another condo in Deer Park, but upgraded to this larger unit. Premier VRBO owner with very favorable renter reviews. Actually own another unit in development for personal use, so always around trying to maintain them..

Why they chose this property

very spacious, about 2500 sq.ft. of space. A lot of upgrades from the original unit. Condo is in top notch condition. We recently upgraded to this from the 3 bedroom unit and gave the existing guests the opportunity to upgrade, (no charge), which all accepted. unfortunately some reviews had reverted back to my old 3 bedroom unit. HOWEVER, been recently getting a lot positive reviews from this unit.....
THIS UNIT HAS RECENTLY ADDED AN “ iWave” FILTRATION ON ITS HEATING/AC SYSTEM, WHICH IS TO ELIMINATE VIRUSES AND BACTERIA IN THE AIR.
