Beautiful 4 bedroom Townhouse condo with deck. Each upstairs bedroom (2) contains master beds with a full bath and lower level has two sets of bunk beds with a full mattress on the bottom, plus full bath, lower level great for the kids. Also lower level has twin beds with own separate bedroom.

SLEEPS MORE THAN 8, BUT DON’T SAY ON DESCRIPTION TO AVOID LARGE FRAT PARTY REUNIONS. Unit has wifi, cable for the four TV’s and a fully functioning pool table. Expanded living space gives plenty of room for the family. Walking distance to both beach and rec center.

Great stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The unit was spacious and well-stocked. The amenities (tennis, pickleball, ping pong, clubhouse) were great, even though the hot tub and pool were closed for renovation. The location is great for Franconia Notch State Park and hiking. Our host was very responsive and helpful.

Ron’s place was comfortable for our group, it is in a great location, and the clubhouse has a lot of amenities. We had everything we needed supplied to us.

Excellent stay

Was a very large and clean unit. They were very responsive to all our questions asked. Short walk to the lake and club house. We enjoyed it with our family very much and would definitely rent in the future again.

Perfect for the family

Perfect place for a family trip. The condo has lots of space and is well equipped. Plus the rec center has a nice indoor pool, hot tub, and games. The owner is super nice and responded to our questions very quickly. Highly recommended!

Wonderful!

The condo is beautiful with everything a three generation family could need! The views are amazing, especially during a thunderstorm. All activities from Clark’s Trading Post to mountain climbing are close by. The lake and river are huge draws for the entire family! Check in and checkout is easy! We were all sad to leave!

Family Vacation

This was the perfect property for our family vacation. The condo was large enough for our group of children, spouses and grandchildren. The unit was clean and well furnished. The living room furniture was comfortable as were the beds. We found everything we needed in the kitchen as well. The location of Deer Park is very convenient to the White Mountain attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay!

My family has already rented Ron's condo a few times because we love it so much! It is very spacious and clean and there are comfortable beds for everyone. It really feels like home when we visit. Our kids loved sledding right in the back and of course the indoor pool is always the best. The condo is so close to the ski mountains and many great restaurants and shops. Everytime we visit, we already start planning our next trip. Thank you for sharing your space with us - we love it!

Third Year, Same Excellent Rental

My wife and I have rented this unit roughly the same week each year for the last three years with various friends and family. Never disappoints. Great location in the heart of the White Mountains that's close to everything Lincoln and North Woodstock have to offer. Love having three floors of space, and having a pool table downstairs to bring everybody together.

This property was perfect for a crowd - well appointed kitchen, extra large dining room table, and plenty of games and comfortable seating. The nearby pond in the complex was absolutely gorgeous and the amenities were great. It was a little hard to find the unit coming in after dark because the markings were tough to see but that's my only complaint. Highly recommend this location.

Deer Park Condo

Great resort . The kids love the lake and pool . The condo had everything we needed. Great sleeping beds, great set up and two familyrooms. A beautiful deck with a table and grill & plenty of chairs . We loved the space. Nicely furnished.

The lay out of this property was perfect for our 3 generation family stay. It was great that everyone had their own bathroom and then a half bath on the main level for all to use. We even set up a "drive-in movie" using the large window shades over looking the deck as our projector movie screen. Having laundry onsite worked out well too! The one thing that could have enhanced the stay would be to have additional bathing towels/face clothes (each person staying only received one towel which we were able to launder). Also it would have been great to have some additional pillows and pillow cases. But really overall the condo worked out great and Ron is a great host! The resort is perfect with all of the amenities like the lake, indoor pool, private access to the river and tennis/basketball/pickleball courts. We would definitely recommend this VRBO property!

Great Stay. Wonderful property and location

This is our second time staying at this resort area. The unit was very large and we enjoyed having the lower level family room with pool table. Furniture and beds were all comfortable. Very clean unit. Great communication with owner. Quite location, and never heard any noise from adjacent units. Heat worked great, as did the nice gas fireplace. Kitchen was well appointed. Close to restaurants and attractions. Would stay here again.

Better than expected

A friend and I brought 7 teens up for a ski weekend. The place was set up PERFECTLY and so well equipped. Not only was the kitchen well stocked including spices and coffee and tea but also there was a whole closet of additional kitchen supplies. The location was great with a ski shuttle going back and forth to Loon. Check in and check out was super quick and easy. We have all stayed at multiple places together and this was the best to date! I highly recommend.

A relaxing getaway!

We stayed as a family of 5 at this property. As a host Ron was wonderful with all of his communications and the home was extremely clean and updated. I would highly recommend this house!

We were a previous owner of another condo in Deer Park, but upgraded to this larger unit. Premier VRBO owner with very favorable renter reviews. Actually own another unit in development for personal use, so always around trying to maintain them..

Why they chose this property

very spacious, about 2500 sq.ft. of space. A lot of upgrades from the original unit. Condo is in top notch condition. We recently upgraded to this from the 3 bedroom unit and gave the existing guests the opportunity to upgrade, (no charge), which all accepted. unfortunately some reviews had reverted back to my old 3 bedroom unit. HOWEVER, been recently getting a lot positive reviews from this unit.....
THIS UNIT HAS RECENTLY ADDED AN “ iWave” FILTRATION ON ITS HEATING/AC SYSTEM, WHICH IS TO ELIMINATE VIRUSES AND BACTERIA IN THE AIR.

What makes this property unique

pool table, a TV and bunk beds in lower level with door to upstairs for some "quiet time" from children or loud adults when needed.
