It was my pleasure to host John and his family for a ski vacation. From the start, I felt as though John and his family would be good renters My cleaner confirmed that John and his family left the unit in good condition. I would welcome John and his family at any time.

Nancy, All bedroom & bathrooms have thermostats with electric baseboard heat. Nancy called me to say the electric thermostats weren't working in the bedrooms. The problem was she had not set the temperature above the existing room temperature. Once she had done that, they were warm. Having a remote access thermostat for the gas heater on the first floor I could see that during her stay Nancy set it to 70 degrees down from the 72 degrees that I'd set to warm the unit for their arrival. Nancy was free to set it to a higher temp but never did. was -6 during her stay but I've never had any complaints about heat in the unit not matter the outside temp.

Anne was very pleasant to speak with when I called at check-in. She and her guests were very respectful when using our home. I certainly appreciate guestsike Anne.

It has been a pleasure to communicate with this guest. Her stay with family was for a Thanksgiving trip. They were pleased with the equipment in the kitchen. Being a cook, I try to anticipate what our guests might need for special occasions such as Thanksgiving. The covered turkey roasting pan was much appreciated by these guests. I also felt that a nice table cloth was needed. However, it is not possible to find a table cloth for a 60" square table. So, I had one made by using two table clothes. I hope they enjoyed it. Our staff informed me that they left our unit in very good condition. I would welcome these guests back anytime they choose!

The cleaner is instructed to always leaves 3 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. So, I am very surprised to hear that they ran out of toilet paper the first night. I will be certain to speak to the cleaner to confirm. With the exception of Patricia's review, renters in their reviews mention how clean our home is on their arrival. There are 3 bedrooms, a large loft, 2 baths, a kitchen, dining room and living room which were clean with the exception of some missed tissues & drink bottle under a bed. I apologize to Patricia. I will speak with my cleaner to remember to check under the beds. As far having 1 key, in my 12 years of renting, this has never been an issue. However, I take every comment seriously. The plan going forward is to have a keyless entry system. On speaking with Patricia prior to her rental and with the knowledge that she was bringing young children, I went and purchased 4 sleds for their use. It would be nice to know if they appreciated it On departure Patricia neglected to follow departure instructions and left all bedroom & bathroom thermostats on and failed to turn the unit heater to 58 degrees. I'd sent Patricia an email to say that should she stay with us again, she would need to do it. I hope that this three star review isn't a product of that email. As always, my goal is to have my guests enjoy their stay!

in speaking with Justin, I found that he was a very pleasant young man. My husband and I followed his stay for a maintenance trip to the condo. Justin and his friends left the condo cleaner than about any guests that have ever stayed. It was a welcomed surprise as other male guests have left the condo in very poor condition. I would welcome Justin and his friends back anytime!!

Victor, I was glad to hear that your and your children enjoyed the condo and the area so much. I have seven grand children and they all love being at the condo. The area offers so much for them to do and see. Cascade Park on main street and Clark's Trading Post have always been favorites. Now that Loon has a kids park with all kinds of activities, it has become a new favorite. The common area behind the condo has been great for lawn games as well. We hope to hear from you again. Dawn was lovely to have as a guest as well as to speak with after her arrival. Basically, they went away for the sole purpose of relaxation. They browsed the shops and went to the health club. They enjoyed the condo too. They are always welcome for a return visit. Kind regards, Marilyn

This is Cindi's third year renting from us? Cindi comes up for the Highland Games. Her group have been wonderful guests. We welcome back anytime.
