Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Tampering with technology in the house will incur a $50 per device reconnection fee and may result in immediate checkout.
Late check-out billed $50 for the 1st hour, $100 for the 2nd. After 2 hours, you'll be charged an extra night and incoming guest accommodation.

Fantastic location! Less than ten minutes to Loon Mountain. Fully stocked kitchen, three baths and comfortable beds. What more can you ask for in a ski trip. Oh yeah, hot tub, pool, and gym access. My family would definitely book this condo again. Host was very responsive and helpful as well
