Beautiful family getaway

This property is beautifully located in a pretty neighbourhood, close to so many attractions. It's spacious, clean, well stocked, and was overall perfect for our family group of 6 adults and 4 children. Thank you Taylor!

Spacious light filled great room and kitchen. Master bedroom looked out on the trees and river. All the communication with Taylor was easy and the Townhouse was as pictured. It was easy to get to the business district, but the location was quiet. The directions for the rental were clear and available in advance as well as in a booklet. Plenty of hot water for showers for 8 people and great water pressure. Large sectionals for the generations to hang out. Reasonable price for the quality and number of bedrooms and baths. Would rent this Townhouse again if we are in the area.

Terrific condo in a great complex

We came for the leaf-peeping, but I think this would be an even better stay during ski season. It's close to slopes, shopping, and restaurants, and has a wonderful little trail along the river if you want to stretch your legs. The beds were comfortable, and the shower pressure was good in all the bathrooms. Just a really nice place to make camp.

Beautiful Condo In Lincoln

This property was beautiful! It was as listed, but felt bigger than it seemed in the photos. The kitchen was pretty well stocked and everything was clean. The beds were firm. Our group had a great time during our visit. We used the hot tub which was great. I would recommend staying here!

Amazing stay in the White Mountains

We had an incredible visit to the White Mountains of New Hampshire. The condo is extremely clean, spacious and comfortably fit our family. The beds are so comfortable, and the unit is furnished so tastefully. Taylor is a great host and was very responsive to our questions. This was our first time visiting the area, and we were overwhelmed with the beauty of the surroundings, waterfalls, and hikes. Bottom line- after a week, my family wanted to stay there and did not want to leave .

Great place for a group

This condo at South Peak Resort was a nice space with plenty of room for two families. It was convenient and well laid out and the beds were comfy. My one complaint was the lack of a binder full of info like you find at most other vrbo properties. The property manager was so nice, but we didn't want to bother her all the time with questions about the shuttle, the trash, finding the hot tub, etc.

Nice condo in White Mountains

The condo is very spacious - easily fitting our family of 6. You can’t beat the location, either. Short walk to the Pemi which offered hours of fun. Quick drive to all that Franconia Notch has to offer. Condo was well appointed and clean as a whistle. Only issues were that we screened VRBO for hot tub and the listing showed a very nice hot tub in the complex. Bad timing as the whole fire pit/hot tub area was under construction and not useable, but that should be beautiful when finished. Also, the bed in the master bedroom was uncomfortable. Otherwise, it was a great stay! Recommended.

South peak

We had a wonderful stay at the property. Taylor was so accommodating. The living arraignments are perfect and top of the line. We could ski off and on the south peak mountain. Perfect for any family!

Perfect winter stay

The house has everything you need and more! The location is convenient to both Loon Mountain and the village, you can even walk to South Peak Timbertowne lift. Excellent for large families / groups, tons of common space and also privacy

Beautiful condo

The condo was very accessible for a family member in a wheelchair/walker except the bathroom (which was not a factor for us) so it met our needs beautifully. The place was very large and open and the fireplaces did a great job of keeping it warm. We were especially pleased with the extras provided (like trash bags, dish soap, paper towels, etc). The kitchen was also well stocked with pots/pans, etc. We love the trails behind the condo complex for going down to the river and for going on walks.

Great Home Base For The Eclipse

Overall had a great stay! Communication with the host Taylor was easy and smooth. The unit was as shown in the listing and everything was clean. The location is convenient with so much to do nearby. Also, unit provides great views of the Pemigewasset River and the White Mountains in the distance. It is an accessible unit with ample space for getting around in a wheelchair including onto the balcony off of the living room. We did have to move chairs from the dining table and kitchen counter to make room but besides that getting around on the main floor of the unit in a power wheelchair was without issue. Overall this made a great home base for our trip to see the total solar eclipse and I would recommend it to anyone looking to visit the area!

Convenient and relaxing

A group of friends and I stayed here for a weekend. It was super close to the downtown area. My friends enjoyed skiing at Loon and it was perfectly located. It's a large hint and we felt like we had plenty of room. My only complaint was we found one a few things not working when we arrived and messaged the host via the app. But the app is really bad about notifying so the host didn't see the messages till after our stay. But, that didn't really take away from the amazing weekend we had.

60th Celebration NH

The property was as described. Wonderful gathering place for 6 women celebrating our 60th birthday. The only complaints are small so they are here for the owners use: the host is slow to respond and the place could use a coat of paint in order to not appear unclean, there was a tip envelope left on the dining room table and I assume it was for the maid service, but since we are obviously charged for cleaning would this not be the responsibility of the owner? Small things to update the stay really was pleasant and I’d definitely stay again.
