With 2,900 square feet of luxurious living space, this spacious townhome is perfect for your family vacation. It features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and central heat and air conditioning throughout.

The upper level boasts 2 bedrooms (king bed and 2 full beds) and 2 full bathrooms. The master suite offers a serene retreat with a large shower, a detached tub, and a walk-in closet, while you can fall asleep to the soothing sound of the river. The unit also includes a one-car garage with convenient access to a mudroom and changing area.

The well-stocked gourmet kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the essential cookware. The spacious living area includes a gas fireplace, smart TV, and a balcony with river views, along with a full-size washer and dryer for added convenience.

The lower level offers 2 additional bedrooms (queen bed, twin bed, and full bed), one full bathroom, and a cozy family room with a sectional sofa, love seat, gas fireplace, large flat-screen TV, and a selection of games for the kids. For parties of 8 or more, please provide a valid ID for safety and incidentals. An additional charge of $25 per person, per day will apply for guests exceeding 8. If more guests than booked arrive, there will be a $50 charge per extra guest, per day, and we reserve the right to vacate the unit if the number of guests exceeds the booking.

The unit has a 4-car parking maximum: one car in the garage, one directly in front of the garage, and 2 in the overflow lot. A $100 fee will be charged for lost parking passes.

For your security, two exterior cameras are in place—one by the front door and another on the lower level patio.
