A beautiful single family home, only a short walk away from the Loon Mountain Ski Resort and all of its facilities. A perfect summer get-away or ski/snowboard retreat with an awesome circular fireplace, an amazing open concept kitchen/living room perfect for mornings and evenings with the family and a play room with bumper pool and foosball table. On the expansive front deck you will enjoy stunning views of the white mountains while listening to the rushing waters of the Pemigewasset River.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Close the fire place flue. Turn the heat thermostats down to 55 and AC units to 71.
Close the umbrella on the deck. Clean the grill if you used it.
Put the club card back in the vase.

Wonderful house!

We had an incredible stay at this house near Loon mountain. We skied, played in the snow and warmed up near the amazing fireplace. This house was clean and amazingly well-stocked. The house was spacious yet cozy and in a superb location. Would love to stay again!

Amazing home base for Loon

Look no further than the place for your large family for the best ski location for Loon. A 5 min walk to the Octagon Lodge, Mountain Pass membership to use the heated pool and outdoor hot tub, a spacious kitchen and dining room, a statement fireplace that warmed us all up. It was exactly what we looking for. Nancy was very communicative, and quick to answer all our questions!

Wonderful Ski House!

The owner made renting stress free and set clear directions and expectations. Everything exactly as expected - and this was the perfect home for a large (6-7 adults) family gathering with kids. 5 minute walk to the Loon Mountain Club, with homeowner access to the gym, pool, and jacuzzi. A few more minutes walk past the club was the Quad lift - although we generally car shuttled back and forth. The open concept kitchen/dining/fireplace pit living room was a hit! We’ll be back!

Perfect Ski Vacation Location

We loved our stay at this house. The location is perfect. A short 5 min walk to the mountain and resort. We had 4 kids with us, so we drove 1 min down the road. Loved the Loon club pass and enjoyed an afternoon swimming in the indoor pool. The house has beautiful views of the mountains visible from kitchen, and living room. Very well stocked with everything you need. The basement was the kids area with 2 bedrooms, full bath and a play space complete with TV, video games, and board games galore. Main level has a master bedroom and full bath and top level has additional 2 full bedrooms and a full bath. Very clean with comfortable bedding and the fluffiest bath towels I have ever used. Nancy was great.

We love this house!

Everything you need!

Perfect place to celebrate my 70th birthday with my sons and their families. My grandsons age 1, 2 and 3 years old had no trouble navigating the stairs to the playroom downstairs and had plenty of room to move around. We enjoyed the impressive view of mountains while gathered around the table. An added bonus was the use of the pool and hot tub at the mountain club!

Liv’s Family Vacation

Great ski house, full of tons of extra’s ..games, game room, fully equipped kitchen full of everything you need. Beds are great linens are even better. And the most amazing fireplace! Great location, and house has membership to Loon Mountain Club which is great for kids and adults! The host was great to work with, responded immediately to any questions. Highly recommend for large family vacations.

Spacious old cabin

A cabin maybe from the seventies in need of renovation, close to hiking areas, nice fire place, spacious common areas, but far from any grocery shops, unfortunately not clean bathrooms and kitchen area, poor communication by the host.

Beautiful stay in the White Mountains

This house was amazing. The sleeping accomodations fix our need very well. The space to gather was great, using the deck and the chalet living room. The kitchen was great with all the necessary equipment and enough open space for all our family to utilize. And having access to the amenities ar the Loon resort was wonderful. We would definitely go back here again.

Wonderful long weekend

Loved our stay! The house was spacious with plenty of room for our multi family stay. Front deck was used extensively by all. Beautiful view of the mountains. Excellent location. Quiet, yet minutes from town. The use of the facilities at the Loon Mountain Hotel was a nice bonus. My grandkids loved the poo there! Plenty of cookware, utensils, dishes, etc. overall great stay at this lovely home.

Lovely home base right at Loon

This was our second stay at Nancy’s house. It’s a lovely, spacious home right at Loon. Plenty of room for large families or multiple families. Close to so many things plus they have a pass to the pool at Loon Mountain Club! Coffee out on the deck with views of the mountains is a personal favorite. We love coming here.

Another great stay!

Been to this house a few times now. Still a magical house for our family winter vacation. Lots of memories being made each time we go. The location can’t be beat, fireplace is incredible and can’t wait to be back next year.

Perfect ski weekend at Loon

Beautiful, clean property a very short distance from Loon Mountain. The house is designed for skiers/boarders with easy in/out gear access room. Upstairs living area and kitchen very spacious and comfortable. Great fireplace in the middle of the room. Plenty of bedrooms which is a plus for multiple families. Downstairs perfect for kids to hang out along with 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Large outdoor wrap-around deck with exceptional mountain views. We are already talking about coming back next year!

Perfect Location

A family of 12 Floridians up for a week long winter ski trip, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. Very short walk to the Loon Mountain Lodge, and a quick drive to many restaurants and a grocery store in the town of Lincoln. The property has great views from the kitchen & family room to soak in the beauty of the area. Great hang out spot on the first floor for kids & young adults to keep entertained without their mobile phones. The kitchen is very functional for large groups. My only request is to add a couple of extra big pots for spaghetti dinner. Other than that, I wouldn’t change a thing, so enjoy your stay because all 12 of us surely did!
