A perfect summer get-away or ski/snowboard retreat with an awesome circular fireplace, an amazing open concept kitchen/living room perfect for mornings and evenings with the family and a play room with bumper pool and foosball table. On the expansive front deck you will enjoy stunning views of the white mountains while listening to the rushing waters of the Pemigewasset River.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Close the fire place flue. Turn the heat thermostats down to 55 and AC units to 71.
Close the umbrella on the deck. Clean the grill if you used it.
Put the club card back in the vase.

We had a great stay. Large house with enough rooms for everyone. The proximity to the mountain was very convenient. Loved the game room and big fireplace. Also loved that there was no TV in the main room.

This was a wonderful location with great access to Loon Resort. The house listing and host were very accurate and helpful! The house was filled with games and puzzles, and the 360 degree fireplace was phenomenal. Also each room had its own thermostat for individual preferences. Overall wonderful stay! Highly recommend for families!

We had an incredible stay at this house near Loon mountain. We skied, played in the snow and warmed up near the amazing fireplace. This house was clean and amazingly well-stocked. The house was spacious yet cozy and in a superb location. Would love to stay again!

Great ski house!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our two families, each had their own floor to sleep on! Beautiful views, short ride to the mountain (2 minutes) or walk for those who don't mind hauling their skis 5-10 minutes. And the pool at the Loon club was wonderful for the kids and easy to access. Highly recommended!

Great ski house, full of tons of extra’s ..games, game room, fully equipped kitchen full of everything you need. Beds are great linens are even better. And the most amazing fireplace! Great location, and house has membership to Loon Mountain Club which is great for kids and adults! The host was great to work with, responded immediately to any questions. Highly recommend for large family vacations.

Beautiful stay in the White Mountains

This house was amazing. The sleeping accomodations fix our need very well. The space to gather was great, using the deck and the chalet living room. The kitchen was great with all the necessary equipment and enough open space for all our family to utilize. And having access to the amenities ar the Loon resort was wonderful. We would definitely go back here again.

Lovely home base right at Loon

This was our second stay at Nancy’s house. It’s a lovely, spacious home right at Loon. Plenty of room for large families or multiple families. Close to so many things plus they have a pass to the pool at Loon Mountain Club! Coffee out on the deck with views of the mountains is a personal favorite. We love coming here.

Everything you need!

Perfect place to celebrate my 70th birthday with my sons and their families. My grandsons age 1, 2 and 3 years old had no trouble navigating the stairs to the playroom downstairs and had plenty of room to move around. We enjoyed the impressive view of mountains while gathered around the table. An added bonus was the use of the pool and hot tub at the mountain club!

A cabin maybe from the seventies in need of renovation, close to hiking areas, nice fire place, spacious common areas, but far from any grocery shops, unfortunately not clean bathrooms and kitchen area, poor communication by the host.

Wonderful long weekend

Loved our stay! The house was spacious with plenty of room for our multi family stay. Front deck was used extensively by all. Beautiful view of the mountains. Excellent location. Quiet, yet minutes from town. The use of the facilities at the Loon Mountain Hotel was a nice bonus. My grandkids loved the poo there! Plenty of cookware, utensils, dishes, etc. overall great stay at this lovely home.
