Mountain Retreat Located Seconds from Loon Mt, Lincoln and White Mtns

Two bedroom, one bath tri-level townhouse nestled in The Village of Loon. Sleeps 4-5 people.
YES! We are air conditioned.
The lower level contains the master bedroom with a king size bed and Jack-and-Jill bathroom with laundry. The enclosed loft contains 2 twin beds and an additional pull-out single chair. Bring a sleeping bag and a pillow for your 3rd child to sleep on the pullout (bedding not supplied for the pullout single, see pictures for visual)

The Village at Loon is located seconds from the entrance to Loon Mountain. Take a gondola ride to the top and enjoy a stunning view of the mountains, explore the glacier caves and have a snack, take a zipline ride across the river or if you're feeling adventurous, or zipline through the trees. Close to dozens of hiking trails and local attractions, including downtown Lincoln, Lost River, Hobo Railroad, Whale's Tale Water Park and Clark's Trading Post, Polly's Pancake Pallor, Franconia Notch, Cannon Mountain's tram, the Flume Gorge and the historic Basin. About a 45 minute drive to Mt. Washington, the Cog Railroad, North Conway, Santa's Village and Story Land.

Amenities available only a short walk away include 4 pools, tennis courts, hot-tubs, and a workout room. Bringing Fido with you; there are pet pick-up stations accessible for your convenience along with lots of paved walking areas around the Village and off-leash trails. Perfect for a family or couple.

Thanksgiving in the Mountains

Our stay was truly impressive. The condo offered all the necessary amenities for a 5-day stay. The property was meticulously maintained and spotless. The property maintenance team showed remarkable efficiency in keeping everything clear of snow and ice during the Thanksgiving snowstorm.

Weekend With Family ❤️

Property owners were very responsive and accommodating. Check in process was seamless. We really enjoyed the amenities of the property (pool, hot tub etc) and the proximity to the National Forest with hiking trails, swimming, shopping and restaurants galore. Location was perfect and our dogs, husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

White Mountain Heaven

The host was great, providing a great home fully stocked with everything we needed to call it home for 2 weeks. I am orginally from the area, therefore enjoyed family gatherings, hiking, sightseeing, shopping and great food. I really liked the hosts are dog friendly. It was a great place to stay. Beautiful home

Loon Getaway

The entire complex was family friendly with plenty to do indoors if the weather was inclement: indoor pools and hot tubs and a small game room. Outdoors there were 2 pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, playground area for small children and several paths through the woods to enjoy nature. The complex was close to downtown Lincoln with many restaurants and shops plus beautiful hiking and bike trails close by.

Great location with cozy accommodations

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The family room has plenty of cozy seating, great gas fireplace and the view of Loon Mountain. The layout worked for us with the only bathroom in the lower level. It could use some updating of the tub and flooring otherwise it was clean. You can’t beat the location and view of Loon. The owner communicated prior to arrival and quickly responded when we had a question. I would recommend this rental to family and friends.

Great location for fall leaf peepers

This property has all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer Although it’s not new, it was well maintained and clean. My only complaint is that there was only one bathroom and its located in the lower level. For guests sleeping up in the loft, you must go down and back up two flights of stairs.

We enjoyed staying in this condo. It had all we needed for our short weekend stay. It was very close to where we needed to be, and being right on the Kancamagus Highway was great! Super friendly host with great communication.

July 4th getaway

We came to Lincoln to meet up with family who were staying in the area. The condo was great for what we needed - the kitchen had plenty of utensils, plates etc and the fireplace was nice to come back to when we got soaked during a hike. Who knew in July we would need a fireplace. The living room was spacious enough for our family of 4 and we enjoyed the small deck for our morning coffee. Our teens enjoyed the exercise room though that space was run down - still good enough for our kids. Location was great - minutes drive to Main Street in Lincoln and a walk to loon mountain

Summer trip to Loon

We had a great time visiting Loon for our wedding, and this property was perfect for what we needed. It was easy to access, there were good instructions on what to do within the unit for checkout, a highlighted map of the property etc. and we really enjoyed our stay here!

College sweethearts originally from the Boston area but moved to Cape Cod about 25 years ago to start our family. We are a teacher and an corporate pilot raising 2 wonderful children in this beautiful location!

Why they chose this property

One of our children have a food allergy. We always need a kitchen to provide her with safe meals while we travel. Last year we visited the Village of Loon and fell in love with the location and the townhouse. We were lucky enough to be able to purchase it! We wanted to be able to share it with others so you can enjoy the same experiences that made us fall in love with the area. It really is our happy place!

What makes this property unique

The location of the townhouse is stellar. It is so close to the "action" yet still nestled in a quiet peaceful community. You CAN actually have it all! It is within walking distance to Loon Mountain (3/4 mile to the doors of the gondola) or bike on the bike/walking trail to town. Bring your special someone for a romantic getaway, or your family for some fun basking in the local attractions such as the waterfalls and swimming hole just up the road on the Kanc. The views as you drive are so breathtaking you will have a hard time keeping your eyes on the road. Pull off at any of the numerous scenic viewing sights to take in some of the most breathtaking sights you have ever seen. You can be at the Black Mountain Burger Company (ohhh so delicious!) in 3 minutes by car. So many restaurants, shops and even a movie theater only minutes away. Think Flap Jacks 5 minutes from your door! From the living/dining room of the townhouse you can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee on the balcony with your family or enjoy your coffee alone, or with your special someone on your private deck off the master bedroom. You could have a cozy romantic meal sitting at the bistro table on the balcony with glimpses of the mountains or while gazing up at the stars in the northern sky and then come in to warm-up in front of the gas fireplace while sitting on the couch or hanging in the comfy chairs. There is no better place that offers so much along with the peaceful beauty the White Mountains are known for!
