Updated and comfortable. Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac street. 20 minutes to the airport, 25 minutes to Ft Stewart or HAAF, 30 minutes to Historic Savannah, 45 minutes to Tybee.
House has everything you need to be comfortable. Very close to restaurants and grocery stores. Tastefully decorated to make it relaxing. High speed internet through out and 500 vintage game arcade machine in the game room.
Huge fenced back yard. Pets are welcome with additional fees.

Great stay, great location.

This property was just as the previous renters had described it! Very clean, located in a quiet neighborhood, excellent communication with the owner. The rental was very well stocked with items in the kitchen that you would need for your stay. Would definitely stay here again! The location was close to restaurants, walking path, grocery store etc! Fun game room to boot!

As advertised-in the best ways

Loved staying in this clean, quiet house. Plenty of tvs (even an arcade Pac-Man game!). Large fenced backyard. Just minutes from ev charging. I hope to stay again. Definitely a preferred stay.

Fantastic AND Convenient

Owner was highly communicative and friendly, as well as very quick responses. The place was clean and well stocked. Also the home is located in a good spot in town! Not only felt super safe and homey, but was situated close to shopping, restaurants AND close to Savannah

Super clean and convenient

We really enjoyed Mark’s place which was spotless with fresh linens and a super comfy bed. Kitchen had all we needed to prepare dinner and breakfast with coffee provided ! It was really fun to play nostalgic video games on the big screen arcade game and the back yard was huge for our lab to run around ! Highly recommend! Easy to find off I95, really convenient

In Richmond Hill visiting relatives

The house was very comfortable, impeccably clean, and the location is convenient to shopping and restaurants in Richmond Hill. The house is stocked with anything you may need, the hosts make sure you want for nothing. Our time there as enjoyable and we hope to be able to book this property again in the future.

Great little place!!!!

We were visiting our military son for our grand-daughters 1st birthday!!! I contacted the owner to help with some logistics so we could be as close as possible to them, also asked for a pet exception and he was MORE than hospitable and flexible. We will rent this home again the next time we visit our son and his family. It was perfect!! The only complaint is that we didn’t stay in town long enough to allot time to play in the cool game room they have set up to entertain little ones!!! GREAT HOME!!!!!

Quick stop

We stayed here for 1 night while passing through from FL to NC. The house was a short distance from I-95, so that was nice. It was very quaint. We were traveling with dogs, so the backyard would have been nice, except the grass was a bit long, so we could not let them out. However, the quiet older neighborhood allowed for great leash-walking! This was a nice alternative to a hotel because it was quiet and gave us a little more space. We were there for less than 12 hours, so we did not have time to enjoy the amenities, but this would be a great place to stop with children. There was a super cute gameroom that would be fun. :)

The cleanliness was top-notch. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. The host’s communication was excellent; they were responsive, clear, and very helpful from booking to checkout. For the price, we felt it was a great value considering the comfort and amenities provided. The location was also super convenient, close to everything we needed and easy to find. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Clean and comfortable

The house is exactly as described and very clean. There wasn’t any dust not even on the ceiling fans, which was a huge plus for mine and my kid’s allergies. My kids were in the game room pretty much the whole time. It was great to have something for them to do while my husband and I watched tv. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. Only one small negative would be the twin beds squeaked a little. All the amenities we needed were here-shampoo/conditioner, soap, coffee, even laundry detergent. We had one small issue with the lock when we arrived and Mark was very quick to respond and help us. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Mark was a great host! The property is a very convenient location and very, very clean!!! The neighborhood is very quiet too! I have stayed at many & this is tops with cleanliness! I was military so my standards are very high when it comes to cleanliness! My fur babies loved the yard too! I will be returning & staying at Mark’s property again!
