The space
This place is on top floors facing to the east, you will have nice sunshine in the mornings. The building is very safe, it has security at the entrance. You have access to the pool, open yard, and closed parking lot.
Guest access
The building is located at Eğitim District, close to Kadıköy center but has lots of public transportation options. To take a ferry to the European side, going to Kadıköy harbor takes 5-6min by bus or electric scooter. Söğütlüçeşme metro station is 3 min by walk. Metrobus station is just across the street from the building, you can go to the European side by crossing the Bosphorus bridge with it.

Other things to note
This place is so special because you will have a workstation with a big wooden desk, 27" IPS screen, speakers and super fast fiber internet. The screen is LG QN880, with a type c connector (60w power delivery) you can plug your laptop and don't need an extra charger. Speedtest.net results with 50mbps download, 5mbps upload speed. You can have online meetings without any issues.
