About the host
Hosted by Fatih Uçtum
I believe in personally that whichever business I am in, I should provide +1 service to make a difference, mutually beneficial for both parties.
Either for an academic degree or for professional trainings or business or just for fun, I have been to all continents except Australia.
I have been living in and enjoying Kadiköy and Moda nearly for half a century.
I did not have a school bus experience but we had a shared coach ( literally horse powered) for sometime when we went to Moda Primary School. I walked to Kadiköy Maarif College from Moda for seven years.
While I was attending to Boğazici University (former Robert College-first American engineering school outside US), I worked as a private tourist guide to 1-2 max 3 person groups in Istanbul with frequent tours to Gallipoli and Troy.
After receiving my civil engineering diploma in Boğaziçi University, I went to Manchester-New Hampshire, US and get my MBA degree in International Bussiness and Finance. As a selected public relations officer of the grad school student body of New Hampshire College, I organized several Montreal Tours for the students there while completing my degree.
I worked in Moscow, I worked in Middle East, I worked in even Maldives.
People, who know me for some 40 years, namely my high school mates, call me a natural born host, a solution provider, a facilitator, and a positive person.
