We had a wonderful stay! The room was perfect m! It was clean, check in was smooth, the ocean view was beautiful, and the price was super fair! We were supposed to be visiting PCB, but had to pivot last minute due to the incoming hurricane and Janet was very accommodating. Communication with the host was perfect! I could go on forever about how great of an experience we had. Also, the room is adorable! It looks exactly like the pictures (teddy bears and all). If we ever venture back to SC we will for sure be booking if available! I live the convenience of being right in the beach and right by the strip! Book the stay, you wont regret it!

The unit was a bit worn from the pictures and description otherwise it was fine. Communication with the host was great. She was very responsive.

This was a lovely place to stay with ample room and amenities to suit even larger groups of individuals. There were only three of us and it allowed for very comfortable and separate beds as well as two separate rooms for privacy. The decor had character and was quite charming. The facilities worked well and we had no major issues during our stay. The minor hiccups we did have were quickly solved in a very timely manner and the host was extremely responsive in general. As stated in the ad, the beach itself is not particularly far from the location and is within easy walking distance. And the pools / hot tubs were quite nice as well if the beach isn't calling to you. The contactless check in and check out were also nice features as it meant we didn't have to worry about losing track of a card or a key to get into the room or the building. Additionally, it's in a good location with several nice eateries within easy walking distance and the boardwalk strip just down the way. It's within walking distance but it would probably be better to drive. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

10 out of 10 will stay again. Top floor stay (14th) with amazing views. There is construction on both sides of the building that is mentioned in the listing, but it didn't bother my family during our stay. In fact, my son thought the big equipment on the pier was very cool haha. Rooms were clean upon arrival with cutesy pink and blue pastel decor. Listing is very accurate, it's just slightly more dated than shown (which wasn't a bother and is to be expected in a busy tourist location). Parking is located in the parking garage across the street, so I suggest taking avantage of the 15 minute parking under the awning up front. (Use your door code to get in and use the provided luggage cart to take your belongings up. Then grab the parking pass in room and park in the garge). Janet was a very responsive host and provided instructions ahead of time to help out. Very welcoming and respectful. Both AC units worked great and kept us cool during our stay. The kids loved the 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, and lazy river below the building. There are 2 wading beach chairs provided on the balcony, as well. [Photos are of balcony and view from front door]

The room online don’t look the same when you check in. My husband was not a fan of all the pink, it didn’t matter to me as it was listed. But I booked this room based off the reviews and ratings. The only great thing about this room was the view. First of all my bed linen on every bed was dirty. The housekeeping did not do a good job at all. (I’m also a Housekeeping manager)I noticed the second bed was dirty once I took the blanket off and the stains were hiding on the other side of the blanket. So we had to sleep on the smaller bed in the living area where we found a yellow stain on our pillowcase. The host took so long to respond back I had to personally call her. She had me looking in different spots to find the extra bedding and there was no sheets only blankets. I needed to change the entire bed linen at this point. She didn’t offer my deposit back or anything. The bed was very hard. Me and my husband made the best of this trip because we spent so much and it’s his birthday but we will never stay here again. I was very uncomfortable with the linen not being changed. Also we couldn’t watch one of the TVs because the remote batteries were out or just not working. I really didn’t feel the host cared that much because she could have had us some clean linen sent to our room. The view was great!

The condo was clean, comfortable and had a wonderful view of the beach and ocean! Check-in was simple and easy and our host (Janet) was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. This made our stay stress free and relaxing. We will definitely be back.
