Beautifully updated with private pool, two patio seating areas, plus BBQ and garden, this is a show-stopper in the gated community of Colony Biltmore Four. All bedrooms/bath are ensuite and are split for privacy! The living room and dining area share a two-way fireplace which can be viewed from the huge kitchen with expansive island seating. The Primary Suite opens onto the garden with double sliding doors and the middle bedroom can be an office with a desk/chair and hide-a-bed. The kitchen offers tons of storage including a pantry and wine cooler. Garage parking is available for one vehicle. Rent includes all utilities, lawn and pool care in the high season. Longer term lease options could be available also. Semi-private golf available nearby at the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club!
