The Alta Vista neighborhood is a quiet family friendly area with friendly neighbors. This is a great place to stay if you are visiting family close by and want to make this your base camp to explore the surrounding area. Plenty of restaurants, shops, museums, and breweries close by. It’s also 2.5 miles from I-70 which will get you quickly to downtown Denver, Boulder, Golden, Red Rocks or the mountains.
The rental is the full lower level with separate egress access. Contactless entry using a keypad. Code will be provided 24-48 hours prior to booking.

Rest easy knowing that our rental is equipped with everything you and your family will need for a comfortable stay.

Some sound proofing has recently been added. Upon request, we can provide a pack and play, high chair, or a twin cot for additional guests.

Street Parking is available in the Alta Vista Neighborhood. Plenty of parking as you travel around to eat, shop, or enjoy entertainment.

It’s best to have a car in you are traveling in Denver. Uber and Lyft are readily available if you do not wish to drive.

Beautiful Home

Property was gorgeous and amazing location 30 mins from Denver and 30 mins from the mountains! The place was stocked with everything you could need! The only downsides are that it was a little loud upstairs and it was hard to cook with the kitchenette. Other than that it was an amazing stay!
